Where to buy 'Taiwan LV bag' in Taipei 台北哪裡買茄芷袋

In my recent trip to Taipei, I found a few shops on the same stretch of the road selling Taiwan's traditional bag (aka 茄芷袋 ka-chì bag aka Taiwan LV bag).
It comes in a range of sizes labelled in numbers.
Bags about A4 size or smaller go for about NTD 60 or lower. Larger ones cost about NTD 100 (plus/minus).
Those with enhancements such as zippers, longer straps etc cost a little more. The material is plastic and can be washed easily.
