Doing some traveling after my job quit me due to a role redundancy. Initially planned for the break to be 2-3 months, decided to take on a longer break as I realise there is no better time than now to see the world while I'm younger and more energetic then the future version of me.
At almost 40 years old, I ventured out of Asia for the first time. I hope my adventures can be inspiring to those who want to do what they've always wanted to do, whatever the age may be; and how traveling can be feasible for realistic budgets.
For now, this channel is where I document my travels for prosterity and to put information out there for those who may be looking for it - to give back as I've benefited from content from other youtubers.

how are the grab fares is it expensive
Hello, for my rides that took about 5 mins in the afternoon, Grab Bike is about 15000-17000 VND. For night time the fares hike to 25000-30000. It is inexpensive, the grab app also allows tipping directly to the drivers. The bikers who took me were all biking safely.

Do yourself and the poor locals a favour and go to some of the lesser known towns! Bellagio and Varenna are now totally overrun and bursting at the seams. The ferries are overcrowded, the queues are very long, you can’t get a table anywhere and the swarms or tourists doing stupid things and taking endless selfies is really annoying. Visit some of the lesser known tons instead - you will still have a great experience and a much more authentic one - there are so many lovely towns to choose from across the many northern lakes - give Varenna and Bellagio a break.
I would want to visit St. Moritz in the future. I think i like a seat in a wagon where i can open the window...
That'll be the regular Bernina train! Windows in boths cabin types (first/second) can be opened.

I guess it depends on what are you looking for in a lounge? The range of food in SATS look wider, while I would prefer Marhaba for the relative peacefulness and quietness. The latter depends on the specific people who are there while you are there.

I took the option without breakfast and booked in advance.
