Many years post the events of Goku's epic battle on Namek, we witness Frieza in Earths Hell being serenated by Teddy Bears. Simultaneously in the vacuum of space, Frieza's henchmen "Sorbet" searches the universe, looking for a means of bringing Frieza back to life. Meanwhile on Beerus' Planet, Goku and Vegeta are continuing their training to build up their strength, and on Earth, Sorbet and the Frieza Force have arrived and made a wish on the Dragon Balls. Frieza is brought back to the world of the living, but this time with a vendetta against Goku AND Future Trunks. Opting to spend the next 4 months training so he'll never be dethroned again, Frieza finds himself reaching new heights that he'd never thought possible. In an effort to reclaim his rightful place as the Universes ruler, Frieza makes his way to Earth with over 1000 men, poised for a full scale invasion. Piccolo, Krillin, Gohan and the others are largely outnumbered, but a greater threat looms; Frieza's overwhelming new level of power. It's not long before Earths defenders are quickly overwhelmed, leaving Goku and Vegeta to return to Earth to settle the score once again.

Maybe it's just because I started with DB, but I also enjoyed this movie the earthlings don't get enough time to shine so seeing them take on the Frieza force was dope.

To this day, I still really don’t know which version of Resurrection F that I prefer.
Some things that the DBS arc has over the movie:
-More characters like Tagoma, Gotenks, and even Ginyu show up
-We see more of Goku & Vegeta’s training
-Vegeta kills Ginyu
-Goku gets shot while in base rather than as a SSB
Some things that the movie has over the DBS arc:
-Better art, animation, music, & dialogue (like the iconic “All hail Vegeta, prince of no one”)
-Gohan gets defeated while in base rather than as a SS
-Piccolo doesn’t die
-The one inch punch
I agree with every single pro you listed for both ! I think I’ve made a nice headcanon for myself where I cling onto the ones I like from both into one cohesive story.
Probably Mandela-effect but I always forget that the RF Tagoma isn’t the training partner Super wrote him as.

Imagine how that fight would be in the manga, because manga blue looks way stronger than anime blue, however it has a bigger ki drain. I think goku would either over power golden frieza or frieza's key drain would be way bigger than Goku's causing the fight to be way quicker.

I love how you turned the movie into a comic strip lol. Resurrection of F wasn't the best arc, though it was still kind of fun. Hate that the god form got brushed aside so quickly, and this is basically where they started to kill Goku as a character with creating this weakness of his of being too overconfident out of no where. It was never something that he had as a major flaw through dragon ball so to just create it out of no where to give him a flaw was just the start of killing his character.

Not only that, Golden Frieza was able to keep up with SSJB because of writing. So if the writers wanted to, SSJ god would have been able to beat Golden Frieza. Only reason it couldn't was cause of the writing. This is fictional, at the mercy of the writers.

This movie was a massive meh but hey Super Sayian blue's intro along with Golden Frieza was awesome...Sadly after this Super Sayian blue lost every fight😂
I'm more of a Goku fan, but Vegeta DESERVED that kill. Goku taking it had to be done , cause Vegeta was taking too long, leading to him and the Earth being blown up.
Tbh Goku could have finished Frieza even before Vegeta stepped in, but he was playing around as usual. Vegeta deserved the win for sure tho.

i never understood that. This shishimi ? whatever it is! How ius he that powerful but not? Piccolo, is post cell, fuzed? He is stronger than a super saiyan. They are compared to zarbon and dodoria? really? Krillin could destroy those 2, yamcha could and has destroyed the ginyu force? but the shishimi is destroyed by half assed gohan in SS. Makes no sense, piccolo would destrpoy that goomba. they are all under powered and overrated! and why cant piccolo just sense his power and why is he that powerful and why is piccolo so weak? the red guy didnt train whith freiza.

Out of the 4 Movies Battle of Gods, Resurrection F,DBS Broly and DBS Superhero Resurrection F is alot of people's least favorite 1 thing i dislike is Frieza Training for 4 months and All of a sudden is Stronger or Just as Strong as SSB i thought it was lazy tbh they should've had Frieza train in the afterlife then I'll understand
