Hi Tad!, I have been working with Samsung Chillers for 3 years, in fact we installed the first ones here in my country, just out of curiosity: have you had error 438 in any of the ones you have installed? This error is occurring in 2 of the first ones that we install. It would be great if we shared information, have a good day!

Samsung does have an offor heat recovery systems though
