6:00 "you say you can choose what you say" very true,. When the police pull you over you choose to behave and talk to them in a good respectful voice,. Even if your mad, you choose to talk with respect. my dad was always a very calm driver and wouldn't let anyone upset him.... that had a lot to do with why I'm a pretty mellow driver I don't get too upset with people cutting me off or anything I just think maybe they are upset or had a bad day. Ect... You can't drive professionally and let people get to you, or you will go crazy bye the end of the day. Your parents have a strong weight on forming and making you the person your are today. Good advice and Nice job putting this video together. You splurged on a new high quality fan, nice! I will text you later with the van upgrade I’ve been working on.
I long ago recognised that a smile spent is returned with interest and makes you feel good. And yes I looked through the news this morning hoping for some good amongst the gloom ..... not much. I like those orange wire nuts. I have some porcelain ones from the fifties I reckon but have not seen any for sale in my adult life
Hi 👋 !!! I just saw that you were on Van Vida Travels channel Live but I missed it. I’ll have to go and watch the interview. Anyhow, looks like you have a lot of great material here. I look forward to exploring more of your videos 👍👍
"Your work was really neat and I can tell you put a lot of work into the project", said the mouse upon being captured by the cat. LOL. What do you if you compulsively keep feeding the black wolf, even though you shouldn't? What if your compulsion is stronger than your will? We are not as simple and straightforward as that first nations story suggests. My will is often not my own. The way to happiness, I think, lies not in pushing yourself to be happy. Rehearsing happy thoughts doesn't make you happier. That's like taking an aspirin because your finger hurts. The pain has meaning. It's telling you your finger is infected. You have to figure out what's causing the pain. Then look at the wound, in all its messiness, clean it, open it a bit even that hurts more, add some antibiotic, and thus get at the cause of the pain. Happiness comes from understanding, which is itself difficult, painful, and hard work.
It's never about faking it. Being authentic is extremely important. It's about what we feed the wolf with... negative food or positive food. For example, I often listen to positive affirmations before bed. Choose the spinach salad over McDonald's. It's not always easy and it's helpful to start with one small step but... never give up.

Thanks for your timely words of advice which will help me refocus.
I just needed permission to choose to feed the white wolf. The black wolf was getting fat too easily...a habit.
😍😍😍
I knew you were going to forget to put the stem part in there first.
Yup. 😂
🙂
Interesting that the fan has "Negro" as the colour??
Negro means "black" in both Spanish and Portuguese languages. It's the masculine form.
Hope your not still worried about what your co-workers think of you.
