@jedeeks319 Memorize the breathing sequence and the movements before doing the meditation with your eyes closed.

Yes, you can mirror the meditation. That is an easy and effective way to learn this moving qigong meditation.

What is the breath and the mind doing during the movements?

do i need to learn the form as is, or can I mirror the video, thus switching right and left? that would be much easier, but of course I will learn it how it is originally done here if necessary

i havent found much written info on chi gong, i was told about a YingYang within the body that acts as a conductor or like a light switch, and by switching it on you can project the ki into others to heal them. my questions is this, if this YingYang is apart of Qi Gong, how does one turn it on? send their own ki into others to heal them? is it a thought, an intention of the mind? everytime i find stuff of this nature i get so many questions that pop into my mind, i dont know if thats a bad thing

We are all entitled to our opinions. Our chi gung is not based on sorcery (magic) or religion. The meditations are universal and pre-date most religions.
As a believer my faith has grown after studying and mastering these meditations. As a believer, I know that all good things come from God as seen in James 1:17: "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights....."

i would love to know, are the sharper shifts in weight at 3:45 a part of the meditation?

yes you are right. the old chinese axiom of "yi leads qi" the mind or oyur intention is exactly what leads qi and can cause it to project.

During the movements the breath should be normal and the mind should be relaxed and focused on the movements. However, once you have mastered the meditation movements there is less focus on the movements because they become natural. Remember the proof is in the results.

@123liondancer ....You have been bamboozled and deceived. You do not respect yourself. You are an embarrassment to yourself, your gung fu family and your biological family. No tricks just great results from our gung fu and chi gung. If you knew true gung fu you would not post unjustified insults.
