I always feel drawn to the Animal Frolics (probably due to their shamanic qualities). This version seems quite artistic and lively and has a very neat feel to it. Thanks for your generous sampling of your DVD; I hope to order it soon. Keep up the great, great work.

It was from the traditional Chinese music classic. I don't have the musician's name. It was a thousands years old music.

@Elfulano i believe taiji chuan can also be considered chi gong. i might be wrong tho =O

While doing the movements should one be visualizing the flow of chi? How should we imaging that it is flowing? During which movements should we be inhaling and exhaling?

How do those moves help with anything.... Only cool thing in this is the spark/healing tech...

  • @Darkangle25uk

kempobrad - understanding how it helps benefits the practitioners understanding of how to do the form properly, thus cultivating chi correctly which will aid in a healthy body (and mind), so the answer is "yes" it does matter how it helps.

it's a life force which vibrates in our body. Many people try to feel the kuldalini through kundalini yoga or chakra medetation. I think you get the main idea now

First of all I'd like to show my sympathy for your videos and skills, I sense deep serenity, strenght and possitive passion. I would like to learn Tai Chi too as an extra form of meditation and to gain from its other benefits.
Furthermore I would also like to say I'm also touched by the music. Would it be possible to share the song anyway? I know you don't know the musician's name, otherwise it would be pleasant to hear his music more often.

This is a weird question, but does Chi help to prevent one from being ambushed by insects? I'm very new to Chi gung and would love to practice out doors, but I'm being constantly attacked by our little flying friends.

Sifu Tsao thanks for posting this beautiful form and your artistry!
Is it true that this chi kung is spontaneous and can result in some weird chi sickness or possession or is that due to something else, someone who did the 5 frolics said it messed him up over time.

Well my friend, here is a little advice from another Tai Chi amateur:
If you train Tai Chi outdoors and ignore insects buzzing around you, your Tai Chi is more effective and that grows your concentration and self-control. I think. :)
