    Hi! Thank you for sharing. So, I practice this exercise to my students, when she laying down and extend her leg up 90°. Flex or point, booth will make her feel hurt in her shin bone near the Fibula area. I'm curious why does it happen?

      I would have to screen the student because it wouldn't actually have anything to do with the hamstrings.     So apparently it wasn’t my problem bc I managed to go all the way down without problems but I appreciate your honesty 😂 Imma go look for a solution to my problem somewhere else but I still liked the video, thanks 😂

    I have constantly tight hamstrings. I do at least 90 minutes of ballet a day, six days a week. It used to be up to 4 hours a day and hamstrings were my only problem. Are they too short? Btw, I started ballet as a grown up and and am pretty flexible in that regard.

      Are you stretching daily and doing 30” reps 3x after class and do you do a dynamic stretch routine for hamstrings before class? Dynamic before static after.
