Funny enough I completed one of your workouts this morning with the final round of only burpees ..... through the workout I was thinking , what the hell is this guy eating to go through 10 rounds of burpees with 10 seconds rest and smashing the entire round .... looked at your videos and couldn’t see anything about food ..... now this video popped up , cheers for uploading and thank you for the amazing workouts 💪

Hey Jordan, I’m a lightly active person in term of exercise and I gained weight every yearly. In this video of yours, I’m really inspired to have a weight loss and given it a try. I prepared Salad with salmon grill/chicken breast air fried to spread it to 3meals and spaghetti with chicken breast on alternative days. So far after close to a month, I actually lost 7kg so far. My fitness pal app really works for calculating the calories we ate and I can have a cheat meal once in a while and most surprisingly I totally can live without eating rice on this journey so far and not getting sick of the meals. I will start to try out some new meals with healthy nutrition. Thank you so much!
