Wario may be an "interesting" character to be put in Smash, but I don't understand what gave Sakurai the idea to have Wario fart on his opponents, in some of the Wario Games and Mario Games he never does that, I mean if you count Mario Strikers Charged where he did do it once, but still it feels a bit unnecessary.
many of the old characters in Smash do a poor job at representing their series. it's only since Smash 4 and Ultimate that they are very acurrately representing the games.
Does does fart in warioware cutscene and warioware games have some nasty and gross microgames and wario in smash is based on that series and not warioland.

A farting move would work better for Abe from Oddworld, who not only farts sometimes in his games as a gag, but after drinking the Soulstorm Brew in Abe's Exoddus, he gains the ability to create explosive farts. Wario is simply characterized by being strong, selfish, greedy, and cruel. Why does he get the farting move?

Feels like they keyframed some of his animations and never got around to filling in those blanks (so to speak) until the next game. Wonder if anyone’s ported his Smash 4 animations to Brawl/PM yet.

I really liked Wario's stilted animation in Brawl, obviously it wasn't smooth compared to the others but it really added to his goofiness
I LOVED the wacky animations he had in Brawl. They were snappy but in a good way.

Wario is the only one with four taunt animations. He can taunt on his bike.
I'm glad Wario has more fluent movements in later games.

I think they were trying to capture the Gameboy Wario Land movements for his first appearance

funny how the graphics get worse with each new game . pretty much representative of the quality of the franchise as a whole over the years too .
