In the 10th M&A deal of 2022, Vista Global, whose holdings include VistaJet, XO, XOJet, Red Wing Aviation, Apollo Jets, and Talon Air, has agreed to buy Jet Edge, the 8th largest private jet operator in North America. Vista was already in the 4th slot and will now go head-to-head with Directional's Flexjet and Wheels Up challenging market leader, Berkshire Hathaway-owned NetJets, Inc.
