Chron's means you're body can't handle certain foods. Gluten and sugar are main problems I think. It just means if you don't eat a very strict diet you'll get the shits. Your shits can cover the full spectrum of badness depending on what you've been eating, and can be relatively regular or can hit you 6 times a day randomly. My friend has it and I really respect his struggle
