Do you need to run over with the topper later in the season with not eating the grass right down ?

We never have too much of an issue, if it gets too stalky we cut for silage and it does for some dry cow feed. Topping costs money

Would love to hear more about that 3-wire setup... is that using a Taragate reel? What are you using to ensure the wires stay where you'd like them?
