A-chan have been the pillar support for gen 0 as such as becoming a counsellor for them when they're feeling down and she even managed to persuade Suisei to not graduate when Suise's growth was stagnant when others are growing big. Tbf, from what Holomem said, lots of Holo manager are experienced/ veteran on entertainment industries. Coco and Lui were first applying for staff/ Manager job. But yeah probably Cover can make some "Kuroko" (stagehand) like characters, so it can be multiple of them, various people can act them too

It is a severe understatement to say that A-chan had a positive impact on so many people. From the talents, to the staff, and to the fans; her work has gone on to influence people for the better. Even saying that she is a pillar of Hololive doesn’t feel like enough praise. I’m really gonna miss her. Hopefully she’ll be able to finally find a bit of time to relax now. Ostukare A-chan! 💙👓💙

was it really inevitable tho? tbh i always thought a-chan would just go into the background and leave the 'visible staff member' role to nokoka-chan, not retire entirely. its a bit odd since it goes into what 'retirement' actually means for a background staff character, but considering the talents reactions its possible it means that she's genuinely quitting hololive for good. odds are this is because she found a better job, but either way i'd never have called it in a million years.

I don't always cry but when I do you know a Hololive graduation is involved Coco regrettably I didn't watch enough of before her departure but I knew what she meant to Hololive and when I heard she was leaving I made a special effort to check out her streams (also while I feel like several members have carried the banner of asacoco it doesn't seem like we have a consistent raddish spot revolution in Hololive) Sanas hit me because I knew vibed with her so much but avoided her because alot of her content was actually Pokemon and I haven't played since yellow and a bit of sun and moon so wanted to avoid spoilers but she probably would've been my EN oshi if I gave her the attention she deserved but tbh I don't think I ever saw a day where A Chan would leaves us I understand its for her family but still A Chan was the best she supported so many she truly is a pillar of Hololive the base even she deserves only the best in life
A-chan's position is way too unique She's like a stereotypical assassin, work in the dark and interacting with basically anyone regardless of the position but everyone knows her existence Her hierarchy within the company is too flexible Not to mention, the fact that Hololive let her doing that also shows how capable she is in doing her job
The past few days feels like a nightmare. Thank god it was weekend. When I thought that I was starting to accept her leaving, the thought of Nodoka-chan, or even any member that's currently on break... Tearing me all over again. I think it's a me issue.
Just occured to me that I really hope this doesn't turn out to mark the beginning of the downfall of Holo (or a mass exodus). I know she was integral to the story and success of Sora, Suisei and many senior (if not all JP) members that I'm wondering how much was she really holding it all together even to present day. I fear in her absence management may take turns that eventually starts warping and damageing the talents
I remember watching that collab around that time, idk if the vod is still around but its so funny HAHAHAH, i remember laughing so hard even though i didn't understand a thing, hope A-chan the best with her family :,)

It is very serious. The only reason they're upbeat is because they're happy that A-chan left behind memorable moments for them to cherish.
One reason i could think of maybe some of them got to know about it early so they have come to terms with it.
