Nike sure carries a full load compared to most hikers who try to be more ultra light. Keep moving north
He carries a similar amount, just front packs instead of hip pockets/fanny pack or more on the back. It helps distribute the weight.
Hmmm!! At 14:28, I see the PCT sign and the arrow is pointing the opposite way. I hope this doesn't mean you have all been walking the wrong direction!!! LOL.

Wow! That is amazing! I recently hiked a half day worth in Mount Rainier for about 8 miles, and my feet are hurting after. I thought I have a good pair of hiking/trail running shoes (Under Armour). What hiking shoes do you guys use to keep your feet healthy? 400 miles...thats massive!
That sounds like a great hike! Sorry about your feet. We both wear Altra trail running shoes and love them 😊
Do you guys use hand warmers or are they unnecessary?

Hi Mari, thanks for another great video. I was wonder how you and nick have been getting on there. You mentioned about it being cold there. I can identify with that, as it has been cold every day recently here in Melbourne, being mid winter here. Does your phone still work after it being in the snow? That reminds me of when we first moved here to Melbourne, the legs of our couch had disappeared. We replaced he legs and many months later, we found the missing legs, shoved inside the material of the arms. So we ended up with spare couch legs. LOL. I have got to ask...when you were chased by wilder beasts, did this help you increase your mileage for the day??? Anyway, wishing you the very best. Robert.

That's a relief. It could be a bit of a problem there without a phone, especially if it was needed for an emergency. Have you encountered any areas of the PCT, where there is no cell phone signal?
