Felling axes don't improve the rate at which you get logs. They actually do the opposite - you have a 20% chance NOT to get a log from any successful chop. There's no difference in the ticks between a felling and normal axe. They also offer a small exp boost.
yeah felling axes consume forestry rations in exchange for a chance to gain the xp for a chop without the log - optimal for max xp with less inventory management, otherwise not

The gloves do work. The eggs themselves are so rare, that the 20% increase does essentially nothing. Nests have a 3% chance to be an egg nest, so a 20% increase brings it up to a whopping 3.6%. Also you chopped magic trees, which have lowest chance of giving nests to begin with. Better choice for the gloves is clues, since it affects each tier clue separately, and the rate is not ridiculous to begin with.
Egg nests are dropped at a rate of 1/8533 per log regardless of tree type. The twitcher's gloves would lower that to 1/6826. So magics were probably the worst tree you could have picked if you wanted nests, sorry bro
I watched this while chopping arctic pines for the beaver and still only need fox whistle to green log lol - you were not along in how terrible it is And I'm pretty sure the twitcher gloves do work, its just that the rate for eggs nests is so rare to begin with, that the gloves don't even change the rate significantly enough for it to matter. Having gloves on 'egg' literally might only net you less than a couple more eggs on the way to 99. Better to just set them to anything else tbh
Watches a series all about greenlogging each collection one at a time: Doesn't realise you need a good stable backing in support non combat skills ( like woodcut and fishing) before accounts can sustainably greenlog each and every other " more exciting" logs. Can't wait for you to have to wait for him to grind slayer up before he can access the boss logs your waiting for.

Honestly bro you put way too much on drop chance being a 1 for 1. like we get it you keep going "dry", but you're not actually going dry. from some loose math, to get a near guaranteed drop you could have gone up to near 450 runs at a drop chance of 1/50. so comparatively 175 ain't all that bad.
