Nice fixture I have a similar one. I have a nut on the other side so when I tighten the screw I am not using the plastic threads bc after a while they will wear out. Keep up the good work!!
There is a stainless nut on the inside, it doesn't rely on any plastic threads.

Hello, nice cutting fixture. Coul be used 42-43mm OD tube? Its always round exit , right? For European guys will be better marking in mm too :-)
We have them listed on our website for SCH10 thick wall Tubing (42 and 48mm) But we can make them custom to suit your size.
Why not sell the STL file?
I've done myn with angle grinder lolol it's surprising myn has come out ok lot of trial and error and sanding flat lololol collector is done waiting on the vband flange to turn up

I bought of you 6 in 1 . Cuts fine , straight nice , all like on a video but they can’t connect all 6 in 1 because 3 of them must be 180 degrees, so each 60 . But they more than that and big gap between.
Check your Ebay account- all photos provided like it cuts and done ✅
Under / over rotation in the fixture. The issue is multiplied as there are 6 segments all together. I hate making the 6-1 myself. Always have to end up recutting a small slither off each.
You must make an video mate , because looks like it not proper fixture jig for 6 in 1 .
I ask you 3 times already - what the off set for 6 in 1 merge collector please ? And i will get an answer of your fixture
I just did one and got the same problem. Quite a gap in the middle if I do 3 and 3 and stick them together. Think I’ll have to just sand each one down and tac them until they actually are all snug. Quite annoying
