Tbh he's right, the best strategy in ultimate is turning the disc over less than the other team. Especially on windy days, where the match is likely to be very close, where missing one downwind point can lead to a loss.
While I love Game Changer's concept of changing mechanics, I feel like Sam made the game show specifically to get these three to keep making improv noises at each other for as long as he damn well pleases.

It's roughly translated as a 'straight-man and fool dynamic' in English but originates from an entire category of humour called Manzai (also used in Conto though). Basically, Josh is the one doing the sort of random sh*t a boke would and Brennan is the one doing the quick-paced reactions to it which are usually kind of witty and rattled off. in Japan, there are specific sorts of phrases you use to do a Tsukkomi and specific bodily gags you can do for a Boke which can seem surreal until the Tsukkomi gives context to it. The audience can follow along with what's going on in the scene. As for most comedy, humour, cultural and linguistic comprehension are essential to understand the dynamics. Hence, it's often hard to translate let alone localise. I feel they unwittingly did an outstanding job in this section making a North-American version of such a dynamic. I love Manzai because it relies 99% of the time on pure imagination and suspending belief to shatter it for laughs and barely any percentage making fun of people, animals, religions, etc. Maybe for 1%, they would drag in well-known scandals or gags of celebrities or politicians but even those are not the focus of the joke itself. ANYWAY- ... Idk how to end this. I imagine some people already know and some don't so whoever didn't, hope that was as interesting as I thought it was when I came to fall for the genre BYE.
