Received a Confirm on my Toothbrush and Bite Tablets today the 4th day of February. Since I drive a BEV Auto and I have Solar on the room I decided to try a cut most of my plastic use in my home. You are correct that we do not think of the toothbrush. I am given Free brushes twice per year when I get my teeth cleaned. Colgate Brushes, Tooth Paste and floss. I went to the drawer where I keep this stuff and "Holly Cow" bag is plastic, brushes are plastic, box is plastic, the sealed container for the brushes and toothpaste are plastic too. In a few days bamboo brushes to match the bamboo floors. No More Plastic . . . however Amazon Whole Foods use plastic bags everywhere around the store . . . especially the fresh produce department. When I pick up trash on the beaches and rivers in my home town plastic by the thousands everywhere. I am glad I found your channel. Thank You. Now, in a few minutes I will look for that bar of shampoo and I will look to see if you have reviewed this topic. One step in the right direction . . . ;-)

In general, toothpaste contains fluoride, grinding agent, moisturizer and surfactant, etc. We need to focus on the latter two. Because in the grinding agent, we should choose the toothpaste with hydrated silica and calcium bicarbonate as the component, which will cause less loss to the teeth; And in surfactant, one ingredient called SLS, can stimulate our teeth, and we should try to avoid it. We should not use the same toothpaste for a long time. We should replace it regularly to avoid the bacteria in the mouth resistant to toothpaste and be harmful to the cleaning of the mouth. I have read that the omission of fluoride is these tablets might be an issue compared to conventional toothpaste since fluoride helps with the strengthening of the tooth. Do you think this is large of an issue to avoid these bits ? Btw subscribed because of a great review and great content.

There was a mild foam associated with each of these. We didn't observe any one of these products as being significantly foamier than the others... in our experience, the non-charcoal products were all about the same. The charcoal version of the products tested was the least foamy of all options.
Thanks for checking out the video! So far I've only tried the charcoal toothpaste mentioned in the video (which was not an unpleasant experience). I'm on the Bite subscription service, so they've continued sending their regular product which I've continued to enjoy since uploading this video. I haven't noticed any particular whitening effect from any of the tablet toothpaste products I've tried.
Has anyone used this? If so how’s your breath a few weeks/months in I obviously want to help our planet best I can but I can’t trust something that might make my breathe funk

so the only benefit is for the environment's sake! its a hard sell! tablets, vs paste . ill take the paste. we can always recycle the tubes , just like other items
