When this happened to gem, she crashed from naturally generating falling sand lmao
The falling block crash glitch is caused from a memory leak/ mods messing with some code that forces a crash. When I had the glitch it was a mod called sodium that caused the memory leak, and was fixed when I got a memory leak fix mod
Pretty sure Grian mentioned in his video that it was due to mods. But was not sure which one yet :P
For me it was having Sodium without Indium. Installing Indium fixed it.
@@zeebeezoey Correct, Indium takes care of the memory usage for Sodium (as I know it), so it fixes this problem.
For me it was because of Iris combined with Immersive Portals
pretty sure this is actually from the continueity mod, cuz this exact thing happened to me and i removed that mod and it fixed it

For a while after Discord implemented custom in-call soundboards, a couple of my friends hadn’t updated and you could just instantly banish them from the call by playing the vine boom for instance and instantly crashing their discord

For anyone wondering, the crash is most likely caused by having a mod called "Continuity" installed without also having another mod called "Indium" installed

I remember having something similar happening when
flowing lava touched a transparent block. Ended up being a bug in rubidium. After i found the fix, i trolled one of my friends with it(he'd crash immediately when joining the server too!). I provided him with the fix and had to leave for the night. The next day i quickly found out that he'd tried the trick on someone else, but forgotten to install the fix.
It was a mod issue indeed.

Me and my friend used to play on a small Minecraft server. I'm not sure why this happened, but blowing a goat horn immediately crashed my game. It didn't take long before he stopped using it. HOWEVER... He cleverly used an item frame to place the goat horn over my head.
Ow that is a weird bug. I did not see anyone else experiencing this one. Kinda funny as well :P

I had a similar glitch once on a server, but with the chat, and whenever this guy wrote anything (his name didnt have any special characters, so its not that) I would instantly crash
