From what i've researched, the hole on the back of a 737 is an exhaust pipe for the APU generator. The auxiliary power unit is a small jet engine hooked up to a generator to power all electrical components when the engines are not running.

XA-AJA was originally delivered to Hispania Lineas Aereas 1 April 1987. The last passenger operator was America West with a tail number of N331AW. Converted to 737-3Y0 freight and transferred to Estafeta Caarga Aerea 6 July 2007.
Can someone help? In the classic 737´s, the pilot PFD and ND are aligned in the center of the seat/yoke? Or they are more to right or left? If someone can say about the NG series, where the PFD and ND are sid by side and not one above the other will help me a lot. Thanks.

Hi guys i have all the charts ifr jeppesen ones and airports ones , can anyone show me what the logbooks for maintainance and the pilots flight details look slike and the loghseet and weight sheets i think i know what the loghseet looks like is it a small paper that has info on it thats printed in the cockpit thankyou all you pilots please help me
@charlieechovictor really man? because here in brazil the regional airlines like Gol are contracting pilots with as little as 500 hs with no minimum requirements on specific aircraft type. I guess that's because very little people have money to become a pilot in here, given it's all much more expensive then it is in europe. One of the results of that are the flight delays, Air companies are strugling through because they don't have enough pilots! anyway have an amazing day, man and Godd luck!!!
alcontrario, entre mas caro y mas moderno mas facil para el piloto.. los fabricantes no confian en los pilotos asi que lo hacen flying for dummys... es como todo. puede parecer complejo a simple vista. pero luego de estudiarlo y entenderlo te das cuenta que no es tan complejo como pensabas.

Why did they turn right after take off whereas they were supposed to fly directly to D7 - MID and then turn left ?
