How do you protect the inside of the plate weld from rust? The outside looks good with the paint, but can you get anything protective on area around the backside of the plate? If not, it seems like this would be a risk for rusting from the inside out.

I have a 2012 tundra and thinking about 37s. The truck has a 6" procomp stage 1 and a high clearance font bumper. Will 37s fit with my wheel being a 0 offset or backspace of 5?

What have you guys done for the trucks that get leveled or lifted and go with bigger tires than stock and then The VSC kicks on when entering a highway on ramp?
Ricardo Urrutia zero point calibration resolves that issue. Or like myself, I spend about 5 seconds to turn off traction control every time I drive for more control and for optimal use of my supercharger.
I’m no engineer by any means but wouldn’t that jeopardize the frames structural integrity? Not to take away from certifies welders but I would think the frame would need to be maybe gauged or tested afterwards?
Yes, we form the plate after tacking to create a more oem look. Without doing that, the block off plate is just too flat and looks obvious that it has been chopped.

You can also feet 37s with 3” of lift on tundras no problem
What offset wheels would fit 37s on a 3" lift I am running 35s with a 3" and have tons of space looking to up size slightly.

Nice work! How thick is the plate that gets welded back in? Looks a bit thin in the video, but could be the angles.
11 Gauge which is about 1/8 of an inch. You don’t want to go thicker than oem.

BMC mod is not required to fit 35's on a tundra with a front 3 inch lift. All it needs are 1.50 inch spacers in the front to clear when fully turned.

Yes, we do. We actually tuck the liner in further once the job is done as well to give it more clearance.
