  • Kele ki sabji
    In this sabji,I have shown step by step process to make Kele ki sabji.
    Ingredients:-
    Kchcha kela(Green Banana) - 2pis ,
    Tomato 1big size,
    Coriander leaves (chopped),
    Lemon,
    Garlic - 22 to 23 kali,
    Green chili - 4pis
    Mustard seeds- 1tb spoon,
    Turmeric powder- 1tea spoon,
    Coriander powder 1tb spoon,
    Kashmiri chilli powder-1tea spoon,
    Mustard oil - 4tb spoon,
    Methi( Fenugreek seeds)1/2tea spoon,1red chilli for phoran.
    1). Green and Yellow Bananas are high in many nutrients, including Potassium, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C. They consist entirely of Carbs but contain very little Protein and fat.
    2).The pectin and resistant starch in green bananas can help control your blood sugar levels, especially offers meals.
    3).Green Banana are high in fiber.
    4).Bananas pack a variety of essential vitamins, minerals and health promoting plant compounds.
    5).one or two Banana a day.
