सर क्या जिला कोर्ट में जज नए वकील की दलील से सहमत होते हैं या सरकारी या सीनियर वकील की बातों को ही महत्व दिया जाता है। उस नए वकील को अच्छा नालेज है दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी से llb है। एक साल सुप्रीम कोर्ट में internship किया है, 4 महीना दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में और 4 महीना साकेत कोर्ट जिला न्यायालय दिल्ली में। अब वो अपने home district में वकालत करना चाहता है। तो उसके अच्छे आरग्यूमेन्ट के बावजूद क्या जज उसके तर्कों को खारिज कर देता है कि ये अभी नया है और सीखे एसी भावना रहती है क्या sessions court में। वहीं सर क्या aor exam पास करने के बाद mp के जिले में रह कर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में और हाईकोर्ट में मामले की सुनवाई के लिए जा सकते हैं। मतलब सर ऐसा तो नहीं कि उसे वहाँ रूम लेके रहना अनिवार्य हो, जैसे पीआइएल लगाना हो। या फिर कोई केस ही मिलता है sc या hc का। कृपया जवाब दीजिए।

Aur mane ye baat acchi tarah se jaan li ki koi kisi Ko nahi sikhata.. yaha sb khud krna pdta h..tumhe yaha atmost exposure mil skta h par jajba tumhare ander hi hona chahiye ... And yes advocacy requires PATIENCE 👍🙏

Sahi kaha. Sabse ghatiya profession Advocacy hi hai. Itna kuch karo LLB karo phir license karo phir AIBE clear karo phir bar mein membership karo aur itna kuch karne ke baad bhi mahine ka 5000 bhi nahin hota. Isliye to bahut se log jobs karne lag jaate hain. Aur Advocates ko koi baat apni beti nahin deta. Badi mushkil se ladkiyan milti hain.
