Is there any oil or coolant to deal with on up dating /changing from the stock isolator? I dont see a step by step process on changing it, any help would be great. Thanks for the tips on what you have supplied
Hello, love the channel. I have a 2014 ZL1 and also thought they fixed this problem. Thats why i bought a 14..lol. Anyway how did you know yours was bad? Did it rattle or anything? Thank you!
There is no snout disassembly in the Service manual or any supercharger disassembly for that matter. The SC is an Eaton product. I probably just googled it and went by feel. I did use an RTV as a gasket as Eaton did.

I didn’t know it was bad. I was doing the build anyway and figured I would put a solid isolator in.

Wow I was told the 14-15 had the solid and the 12-13 had the issue with the spring failing, was your 14 build date in early 13?
I was told the same by my dealer...he was wrong. It was mfg. 8/13, maybe that's why huh?
