Amazing Hibachi. (Seriously, go watch! 40:38)
So yeah, Dodonpachi Daioujou White Label. This is the hardest game I've ever played and the hardest I've ever beaten. It definitely deserves having such a notorious reputation.
Back in November, when I started practicing, I was hoping to become the 1st person in the Western World to 2-ALL this game. Kind of ironic that Iconoclast did it only 2 months afterwards. Seriously, it's a game that was released all the way back in 2002, what's the chance of someone beating it just a couple months after me making it one of my goals?
A fun thing that happened during this run was that "Freedom Dive" started playing on my music-player the moment I entered 2-5. I felt pretty hyped when it came up. Also, I had the same glitch Iconoclast had at 38:13, I've never had that happen to me before. I could've ended the run with like 100-200 mil more if it wasn't for that stupid glitch. It must be a curse that enters any run that has 2-ALL potential.
Now that I've actually done this, I have no idea what to do next. First though, I guess I'm going to take it easy for a while, while I figure out what I want to concentrate on next. DOJ really took a lot of effort. I've been playing DOJ every day since November, literally every day. Today is the day in which I break my playing combo, now I can finally take it easy. I still want that Western Record though, can't stop, won't stop.

The second loop of this game looks absolutely brutal.
Each time I see Hibachi on loop 2's third form, a tear comes to my eye.
A beautiful run and congratulations on becoming the second person in the west to get a 2-ALL of DOJ WL, you certainly deserved it!
Also that was a sick Hibachi fight.
Before I forget to say this.. "Pazzy is going full shmup!" c:
There can never be too much bullet. One time I got a DaiFukkatsu Normal 2-ALL, and another an Ura 2-ALL. Both on Novice because I suck at extremely high difficulty. I'm hoping to get a Normal 2-ALL outside Novice some time, because if it can be done on lower difficulty, it can be done on higher as well.
All in all, the training was worth the effort. Real damn great Hibachi fight too. Just... AWESOME! DoDonPachi never dies.

That 2nd loop looks brutal.
DOJ WL 2-ALL is probably the most difficult 1CC in any shmup you can play.

And about keyboards... myself, I feel that I can aim my dodges /so/ much better with a keyboard! Keyboards allow you to perfect your positioning, and I absolutely lack that feeling of perfection when using a controller.
Hmmm, maybe I should try the keyboard. I’m getting pretty good with a controller but I never really even considered playing this on the computer
