My heart just stopped, EKG'd itself and brought itself back to life when I saw a new video posted from makeup TIA!!! I can only rewatch all her videos so many times, I'm pretty sure I have all of her what's in my bag videos memorized 😂😂😂 love you!
Ashley, I was excited to see this tag video from you! I am glad to see some green beauty's brands as some of your favorites! I like Red Apple Lipstick's Dusty Rose lip liner and Vogue and Maven Mauve lipsticks. I would love to see a makeup tutorial using the products you mentioned.
Girrrrl you know I tagged you first! 😝😉 I really loved your picks! I loved that they weren't all the same as everyone else's! Loved this video! And love Sandra!
I always like to see your favourite things, Ashley. It might be because I know you have a job outside TH-cam so I know your items would be wearable on a day-to-day basis and not just for fun online. I'm so keen to try those RMS products now!
I'm just now getting around to watching this and I loved it! Thank you so much for the tag! I'll totally be doing this one :) I loved seeing the Jane Iredale palette and the Jouer liquid lipsticks here - I don't have either of them, but I've been very antsy to try them!
paused video, ordered foundation, resumed watching. 😊 I find your recommendations so helpful, I have really similar hair/skin/eye colour. and have liked pretty much everything I've bought after seeing you use. thank you!
Thank you for tagging me Ashley! ♥ Love seeing your picks, I am a big fan of the Benefit Roller Lash too. Happy to hear you like the L'Oreal Lash Primer, just got that and cant wait to try it out. xoMelissa
I love that you included lip liner. I don't know if it's because I started wearing makeup in the 90's when dark lined lips were a big thing but I just love a good lip liner. My mom has used Lancôme Portelle forever (she's also a natural red head like you) and I guess it's something about our skin tone but I also love it! Such a great color, I always blend it in and then apply a lipstick or gloss over. I keep trying to find something I like just as well for less and I can't seem to find anything that's quite the same.
New subscriber and I love your videos! You are so positive and fun to watch! Especially love your red hair and fair skin! Would love to see more tips/products for redheads like us! :)
I live for the Nars lip liner in Patong Beach! Helps lipsticks last forever, I use it under everything. It helps that the shade is basically my lips but better, so it doesn't throw off any colors. Highly, highly recommend!
I have picked up so many of your recommendations. Great collection of all your best options! I try to buy non toxic and green products but I have super oily lids and am desperate to resolve my raccoon issues. I may have to pick up that NARS primer!
What a fun tag! I saw another blogger do hers too. I've got to try some RMS products and a red apple lipstick! I'm totally with you on Roller Lash, I've has such success with it. I still keep trying others...but isn't that what make up lovers do?
Loved watching this! You gave me some great ideas to put on my wish list. Would you say that the Paula's Choice is your Ride-or-Die sunscreen? Thanks, Ashley! :)
Great video Ashley! I finally splurged and bought a By Terry product - the new click lipstick. I bought it in shade 22 plum. Also I have a sample of the roller lash which I like but I bought a full size of better than sex because Mercedes loves that one. I'll get roller lash next.
Hi Ashley, would you consider doing an updated natural/organic makeup video? I am transitioning to all green beauty...you had a couple of great ones in this video, but I'd love to see other brands you've tried and loved. Thanks so much! Kim
Girl I totally get you on that oily kids thing, I used to struggle a lot with that too 😭 and I definitely need to hop on that moisture mist trend, have you tried the Mario badescu rose water mist? I hear it's amazing!
Loved hearing your opinion on Gressa, RMS and OLO. Three of my absolutely favorite brands! Just out of curiosity, are you ever going to do the series of foundation videos that you talked about a while back? I'm particularly interested in hearing what you think the differences are between the Sappho and the Gressa.
Your eyes are perfectly almond, so stunning! I doubt you would remember but if so could you share what eyeshadows you're wearing. This look really wakens up your eyes!
ash, i was using the UD one and switched to the KVD. i love it, it IS a little thicker thank the UD - i find the UD to be very light. however, i just blend it out with my beauty blender and the coverage stays all day. i have dry/combo skin and use it primarily under my eyes but i've even been able to use it all over to create an even canvas for a no makeup, makeup day. i highly recommend it. you and i are similar skintones (i used the same UD shade) so i'd recommend shade L5 neutral in KVD.
I am so glad you did this tag, you always have some interesting choices that aren't repeated by every other TH-camr. The Benefit Rollerlash is my favorite as well and I have been using the Dior Maximizer 3D primer but I will try the Loreal one when I need a new one. I really wish I got the tropical vacation, coconut smell from the Physicians Formula Bronzer but all I smell is old movie theater butter. Usually smells don't bother me at all but I just can't with that bronzer. Love the color though!
I'm so glad I found out about the scent of the PF bronzer before I purchased it! I'm sensitive to scented cosmetics (they tend to give me a headache), so thank you for the info. :)
I just subscribed, luvd your video, you mentioned many brands I've never heard of and your demeanor is great, it really drew me in. I don't know if you take requests but I'd love to see a video on your thoughts about the kat von d concealer vs the trate shape tape one.
I own both the Urban Decay and the Kat von D concealers and I like both. The Kat von D one has more coverage but is also heavier and I have to use a Beautyblender so it doesn't crease throughout the day. The Urban Decay one has less coverage but I can also wear it without a foundation which I can't with the Kat von D one because it's too full coverage. It just depends what you want in a concealer. I hope this helped x
I'll put a link to my Get Ready with Me playlist in the description box if you want to see these products in action. This look is very close to my polished work makeup which will be coming in a video very soon! : ))
I didn't like the UD naked concealer, but I've been hearing a lot of people raving about the Tarte Shape Tape. That might be the one I try next. I'd love to hear what you think about the KVD one if you end up getting it though! I'm bummed the PF Butter Bronzer has a scent. Most scented cosmetics give me a headache. I was wanting to try it because I have fair skin like you. I'll look into the milk chocolate soleil instead because I wouldn't think the smell of chocolate would be a problem for me. It's usually more floral, perfume type scents that do it. I might have to splurge on the CT Filmstar Bronze and Glow at some point. I've had my eye on it for quite some time and your recommendation makes me want it that much more. Thanks for all the great suggestions!
Yes! Contour powder is used to create shadows (so I will put that under my cheek bones and on my temples). Bronzer I use to give my face warmth. I usually apply bronzer on the perimeter of my face and occasionally across my cheeks. : )
Thanks for the KVD info, Amanda. : ) I bought the Tarte Shape Tape - amazing coverage, but at the end of the day it looks very makeup-y. Maybe I'll get a sample of the KVD to compare!
+makeupTIA- It might work well for you. I just found it a bit too dry. I really like the tiniest amount of Benefit Erase Paste in Fair to cover dark circles. Using very sparingly, it has great coverage and is moisturizing, without being heavy. I must be set with powder and it won't highlight, but it definitely covers/corrects darkness on my very fair skin.
I have super oily eyes and I have been having the HARDEST time finding an eyeliner pencil that doesn't smudge. The closest I've come is Sephora's waterproof pencil (I think I have the retractable one). But it still smudges. Help!
Have you tried the NARS pencils or the urban decay 24-7 glide on pencils? I don't have super oily eyelids but I'm a working makeup artist and for my clients that do or just want super long wear liner, I make sure to "set" their liner with a similar eyeshadow color.. Just a little bit on an angled brush, even in the water line if you line there. Hope this helps!
hi ashley, do you have any favorite spf products? i'm fair-skinned and having trouble finding non-greasy sunscreen/moisturizer with spf for the face! thanks :)
Oo! That's tough. My mind immediately went to Nails Inc. Bamboo White, but I think that was limited edition. I also love the Nails Inc. Nailkale Illuminator and Smith & Cult Stockholm Syndrome. : )
Yay, thanks for sharing! You're the reason I purchased the Nailkale Illuminator and it quickly replaced Essie's Medemoiselle as my favorite "my nails but better" polish. Love your videos!
My heart just stopped, EKG'd itself and brought itself back to life when I saw a new video posted from makeup TIA!!! I can only rewatch all her videos so many times, I'm pretty sure I have all of her what's in my bag videos memorized 😂😂😂 love you!
You are a picture of class, beauty and sophistication. I enjoy watching you immensely.
You just made my day. I was totally hoping you'd do this tag!
Yay!!! I was so excited to see this in my feed!
:D Thanks for watching, Jaimie!
I always like to see your favourite things, Ashley. It might be because I know you have a job outside TH-cam so I know your items would be wearable on a day-to-day basis and not just for fun online. I'm so keen to try those RMS products now!
Just perfect! Love your videos!!! Thanks!!!
I'm just now getting around to watching this and I loved it! Thank you so much for the tag! I'll totally be doing this one :) I loved seeing the Jane Iredale palette and the Jouer liquid lipsticks here - I don't have either of them, but I've been very antsy to try them!
The Jane Iredale lip pencil in Rose is my all time favorite. It goes really well with Audrey !
I've been looking forward to this video!!! ❤️
Yay! Thanks for watching, Abby. It was a fun one to film. : )
This is such a fun tag! I'm so glad to see your top picks :)
paused video, ordered foundation, resumed watching. 😊
I find your recommendations so helpful, I have really similar hair/skin/eye colour. and have liked pretty much everything I've bought after seeing you use. thank you!
must have everything you mentioned, that I don't already have! love you and Sandra!
Oh! And my favorite contour is an eyeshadow! I like "buck" from urban decay!
I love that RMS transluscent unpowder. I also have oily skin and I love that just a tiny bit takes down the shine and it keeps working all day for me.
Gotta look good for those parrots, girl! 😂😉 I want that Jane Iredale palette! 😘
I love the Nars eyeshadow base as well. It's the only one I've found that works for my oily lids. Love your video I have some new things to check out.
Your voice is so soothing....☺️
I love Charlotte tilbury's lip liner in pillow talk!
I have seen so many people in love with the new shape tape concealer from Tarte. That's the next one I'm trying! You should try that one too.
the RMS unpowder is also my favorite! :) love your videos!!
Thank you for tagging me Ashley! ♥ Love seeing your picks, I am a big fan of the Benefit Roller Lash too. Happy to hear you like the L'Oreal Lash Primer, just got that and cant wait to try it out. xoMelissa
I haven't tried too faced blushed before but this video definitely gave me a reason to go try some out!
You will love it❣
I need the Filmstar Bronze & Glow, I haven't found something I can contour with yet. I'm also quite fair, and would love to contour soemtimes.
It is so worth the money. The pan size is really big.
Welcome, Lauren! If you search my channel, I have one video dedicated to redhead beauty tips (more coming!). Nice to "meet" a fellow redhead. : ))
Yay! So happy you did this tag! Thinking I may need to try out the Gressa foundation, how is the longevity?
I was surprised by your wet n wild setting spray! I would love to see more of your drug store reviews/ picks. 😊
I live for the Nars lip liner in Patong Beach! Helps lipsticks last forever, I use it under everything. It helps that the shade is basically my lips but better, so it doesn't throw off any colors. Highly, highly recommend!
I am fair too, and love the butter bronzer!
I love the milani lip liner in nude 04! love your videos
I love how you don't scream at the camera because a lot of beauty gurus do that? Your voice is so so soothing
I'm so intrigued by the gressa foundation now but it's hard to find swatches to decide on the shades...
I only have one eye that creases too. What the heck. Loved seeing your favs.
I have picked up so many of your recommendations. Great collection of all your best options! I try to buy non toxic and green products but I have super oily lids and am desperate to resolve my raccoon issues. I may have to pick up that NARS primer!

My all time favorite lip liner is the Milani Color Statement Lipliner in 03 Nude. I reach for it more than my Mac Whirl lipliner.
Hi Ashley, would you consider doing an updated natural/organic makeup video? I am transitioning to all green beauty...you had a couple of great ones in this video, but I'd love to see other brands you've tried and loved. Thanks so much! Kim

Can you do a nail polish recommendation video soon?

Roller Lash always smudges on me. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. Glad it works for you though--love your positive energy!
If you like the naked concealer you will LOVE the bare minerals serum concealer!!
I just subscribed, luvd your video, you mentioned many brands I've never heard of and your demeanor is great, it really drew me in. I don't know if you take requests but I'd love to see a video on your thoughts about the kat von d concealer vs the trate shape tape one.
Have you tried the RCMA no color powder; how does it compare to the RMS one? I haven't tried either so I'm curious what your opinion is!
I would love to know too!
I have both and the RCMA Is much drier and a little less translucent IMO.
Oh really, interesting. The RMS may be better for my under eyes then! Thanks for letting me know
I own both the Urban Decay and the Kat von D concealers and I like both. I'll put a link to my Get Ready with Me playlist in the description box if you want to see these products in action. This look is very close to my polished work makeup which will be coming in a video very soon! : ))
thank you. I've seen all your videos. i have been following you since your that-is-all blog.
Wow! Thank you so much for sticking with me, Rebeca.
I adore benefit roller lash .
I love your videos.
I didn't like the UD naked concealer, but I've been hearing a lot of people raving about the Tarte Shape Tape. That might be the one I try next. I'd love to hear what you think about the KVD one if you end up getting it though!

I got the eyelash primer on your recommendation. Love it!
Parrots?! hehe
We're you wearing the Gressa foundation in 2.5 in this video? That's the shade I ordered, but I'm scared it will be too dark.
Lip Liners: make up for ever, urban decay, Kiko (my personal fave). Want to try the JI though....
So you use a bronzer and a contour on the same dat? Can you differentiate for me?
Yes! Contour powder is used to create shadows (so I will put that under my cheek bones and on my temples). Bronzer I use to give my face warmth. I usually apply bronzer on the perimeter of my face and occasionally across my cheeks. : )
Get the Tarte shape tape concealer. It's amazing.
Favorite bronzer twins 👯
Please do the high school makeup tag! :)
Kat Von D is more coverage and more drying. It settled in my fine lines, but I'm 38. I tried a sample and found it looked a bit crepey by days' end.
Thanks for the KVD info, Amanda. : ) I bought the Tarte Shape Tape - amazing coverage, but at the end of the day it looks very makeup-y. Maybe I'll get a sample of the KVD to compare!

lancome cils booster is my ride or die, but I have to try the L'Oréal lash primer now lol
do you prefer the original or the tinted version of the rms un powder? thank you!
The original! The tinted one is nice, but I felt like I could see it more on my skin than the original. : )
Thank you for the response! The original one is on my to-buy list :)
what brush do you use with the gressa?
Lately I've been using the Gressa Air Focus Foundation Brush (really quick application). I also love the Furless Couture Foundation Buffing Brush. : )
thanks!
Jordana lipliner in "Tawny" and RImmel lip liner in "Addiction."
hi ashley, do you have any favorite spf products? i'm fair-skinned and having trouble finding non-greasy sunscreen/moisturizer with spf for the face! thanks :)
Hi, Courtney! My favorite is the Paula's Choice RESIST Super-Light Wrinkle Defense SPF 30. ☀️😀
Get the RMS Un Cover Up as your new concealer! It's amazing and all natural :)
I have it and love it! I use it more like a foundation. My under eye circles need more coverage, sadly lol. : )
Mac stripdown is my ride or die lip liner of all time
I should have bet myself which lipstick you would pick because I guessed right. Think I watch your videos just a bit hehehe :)
Roller Lash all the way!
I heard that most people switched from naked skin to tarte shape tape! Re: concealer
I loved your picks, but the burning question on my mind is what's your ride or die nail polish choice?
Love your videos!
i love KVD and she's going vegan with her line! also would love to see what video games you play on the DS & i wish i could send you snail mail! xo
You're very soothing :)
