What are my observations from this interview
The questions asked from the Candidate Rida e Zahra were very easy as compared to the other interviews we are watching these days.
Most of the questions were basic knowledge based/tokenQuestions(events) like treaty of Versailles ; Balfour declaration; poverty and how to eradicate it ; Monroe doctrine ; Boston tea party, CPEC importance etc all these are knowledge base; also Token questions mostly relate to one's strong Ratta. Had they asked some critical analysis/thinking questions then we would be in a better position to judge her.
But, also as once I have heard an Indian UPSC Interviewer saying, "Interview apki zahant ya Information ya Qabliyt ki ni hoti wo already ap written exam pass kr choky hoty hn but an interview is always checking and evaluating one's Personality i.e his/her speaking and communication skills , social life , wearing and interaction as well as confidence" --- Kher Anyway its always HardWork plus luck. And she is lucky enough because she has achieved her dream place "FSP" after her final interview of CSS.

P.S : Rida e Zahra mic 🎤 didn't work properly. We faced issue in getting her some parts of few answers.

I mean she is going to appear in ccs interview and he is asking from her the name of president during 1965 war !!!!!! Really ???? I've got no surprise if they ask her nawaz sharif nay ye q kaha mjy q nikala.
Yes upsc union public service commission is one of the greatest exam and more tougher than css
She is giving her best. Good but nervous eye contact. Good commnication and delivering skills. Good posture movements. Little bit confused but confident lady and manage things well. At some instance she can't understand panel's questions and not giving the answer s to the point. But she deserves.

Knowledge base and thought provoking interview... I don't comment the type of interview which direction it goes in what nature that is something different and who comes out with flying colours as feather ones cap but I appreciate the panel, particularly the attitude of Mr Chairman who gives respect to woman candidates, extremely impressive nature he has.!!!

Interview should be in urdu to promote our national language
all questioned were regarded to her opted subjects and i think she answered very well of each questioned according to my knowledge.

I think we should speak the language of Mars so that we will be able to prove that we are educated if we will not learn the latest language we will be billion years back. By adopting English we have done what we were supposed to do.By learning English, We are leading the World . The language of Mars will do more development and pride.
اللہ تعالٰی ہدایت دے۔نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ والہ و سلم کی زبان نہ سیکھی جنت کی زبان نہ سیکھی قرآن کی زبان نہ سیکھی نہ بولنے پر فخر کیا ۔عربی معدوم ہوتی جارہی ۔کوا چلا ہنس کی چال اپنی بھی بھول گیا۔
What Arabs have done? They know Arabic very well, still they are very much adopting western culture. They are more in danger than us so only Arabic can't solve the problem rather one should have firm belief on Allah. And as per your suggestion of urdu, I thoroughly agree with you on this concern that we should learn all subjects in urdu in our education curriculum and along with it we should learn English as a second language and we should only learn English in English other subjects must be in urdu. And as u mentioned that one should learn Arabic as well. Dr.Israr ahmad said one should learn that much Arabic that can enable him to read quran directly without translating the quran in his native language. And as we would be focusing on our urdu skills we will easily learn Arabic in 6 7 months. Because pure urdu helps you to learn Arabic.
Well English is international language. And Pakistan have to represent itself internationally not only among Arab. And your Islamic priorities are not based upon Arabic Language.You are not even obligated to. So stop bringing up religion in everything.

If a person just improves his/her English, he/she can ace such interviews very easily

the one thing that i m not agreeing with this css interview is k hm parh k css ka exam clear krty hain or almost hm world ki history prhty h or usko attempt kr k clear b krty h but in interview they ask the same questions...i mean interview ko all about the personality hona chaiye...or situations k bary main that how can we deal with that...not the history or questions that we already attempting in the written papers

Her knowledge about population is not updated..chins has lifted restriction of having one child , now 3 children are allowed to have because they are lacking in having appropriate younger generation required for continuous development.
