Anyways it’s a great idea to share such interviews for new students to learn and practice.
This is an extremely useful video, and would help not only in CSS interview but also in other domains. Two honourable panel members i.e Raja Irfan sb and Dr Hassan Iqbal sb are on spot, to the point and giving comprehensive answers.
Unfortunately Mahmood sb is not drifting away from "depth of knowledge" and I haven't found one relevant answer from him pertaining to many questions posed to him.
For example; effect of foreign degree on interview marks, confidence, ratio of questions spread across different subjects, weightage of opinionated questions and answers etc. What I learnt from this is that; we should NOT be doing this and not just stick to one answer we have for all questions.

I'm just getting graduation not preparing for the interview but I like to watch interviews and other videos that are related to CSS because such videos Inspire, motivate and encourage me the most. I also gain immense knowledge from the videos. I hope I'll also qualify CSS in a first attempt. I'll surely appear in 2026. insha'Allah if there's will of almighty Allah.

Just don't focus on power and all the perks, focus on what you can bring, how you can serve your country. That is all. CSS is for you if you are not power hungry and you have the will to bring the change that you want to see. that is it.

Establish prayers and obey your parents especially mother , nobody can stop you from getting post in css /pms..

This video proved to be very fruitful for me and I'm sure for the rest of the aspirants as well. All retired officers are very respectable to all of us and addressed very well. I'm a big fan of Sir Irfan-Ur-Rehman Raja; the way he communicates and explains things properly and have a vast knowledge of every aspect. Panel judge the candidate almost 80% before his entrance for interview by his performa and psychology test.
Mith
1.Foreign degree not matter
2.Dressing should be any but should be in proper way.
First asking questions about personal interest like which city is your favourite
Degree related etc.
Be normal as long as you can Don't lose confidence even you have not leading answers about question. Not give unusual smile and gestures.

12:20 the same i did when i was giving the interview at ISSB centre Kohat... I interrupted the panellist somewhere about 4 to 5 times and when I left the room I cursed myself for what had I done. that was the moment when I realised that, that would be the strongest reason for my Not Recommendation. Thanks to the World Times that now I know how to be cool.
