I'm Judicial services aspirant from India 🇮🇳... This mock interview changed my whole perspective towards Pakistan's education standards... I'm really impressed by this... I think our Indian media 🤦♀️ should stop feeding us from fake news like Pakistan is full of illiterates and they have no education standards... Because this vedio shows complete different story to me.. Lots of love ❤️ and respect for Pakistan

Well I don't think so I don't know about pakistan where as in India u need to clear English optional subject and u can opt for interview in any of languages specified there .

@@HaroonKhan-kv6iv It's not that well civil services also involve foreign services which need you to communicate effectively in English if you want to opt for normal administrative service or police or revenue you don't need to be as effective and bureaucracy in India and Pakistan and Bangladesh is a British legacy so it requires English . But for china , korea, Spain, Germany ,France they don't care about English.

I appeared in that mock interview in 2015. It was an outstanding experience. Same was too in real competitive exam interview. It has made my all fears away. Alhamdulellah, i gone through it successfully.

Am from Kashmir(India),Am also the civil service aspirant at upsc .I would say Bilal is good at communication skills but not at analytical skills and more importantly he is weak at factual knowledge.he always tried to give answers in a very general way,but his good look and good communication skills makes it some how fascinating.
But a beuracrat should be more specialist rather a generalist ,because of very dynamism of modern society.
#Pakistan bureaucracy need to be reformed.

My request to Indians aspirants is to go through the interviews of Bureaucrats of other far successful countries.
E,g, China. It’s not the politicians but mostly the bureaucrats who do the fundamental work. Since China is far ahead of india, so I’m sure their bureaucrats are better than Indians.
So Indians, including you, please learn from Chinese and compare yourself with them. Pakistanis will look upto people they want to. You don’t have to act as know-it-all.

My point and suggestion regarding CSS viva language . I have seen Indian superior service interviews and they give candidates an option between English and Hindi .
If we can adopt that way of interview it will facilitate the candidates a lot .

His commendable confidence is indeed the key point of his success even when he placed at 3rd in the ' PMS, 2019 ' , his knowledge towards current issues are also appreciable but he should have avoided guesses and his grip on his hobbies was weak too.

like it is very difficult to maintain your confidence and i salute him that he engaged the panel very well on each issue. i had no idea about the FATF remedies and negative effects if Pakistan would remain in FATF's gray list. I got all the points and i think they all were in my mind but didn't have proper words to communicate. it helped a lot. Thank you !

It's not even my field but I found this quite interesting and normal not hard even questions were easy too for anybody who seemed to be aware of the world in general but the only thing which alot of people might fail to would be the kind of confidence this guy is answering with and I personally think it's the key in any sort of interview because either way your knowledge has been tested through written exams so far.

The one think I like in this video is confidence level of both side, appreciated, first of all if we apply for civil service ,we have to grow up our confidence like him ,or we all are preparing day and night for it ,so it will not easy for us ,but if we will not loose our confidence ,we can't fail!!!!!

I daily come on TH-cam to watch a mock interview. Whenever i searched this video was on top of the list but i everytime ignored this bcz i thought he's very young might not be that much good. I constantly ignored him and watch others interview. But today I thought to watch and listen his interview. At the beginning when was asked a couple of question about cricket he couldn't response. I thought to go back and search for an other video. But I keep watching, after 5 minutes he was able to answer of every question i amazed how everything is changed at once.
I learned so many thing from here; he also really inspired, encouraged and motivated. He really impressed me by his confidence and way of talking. Best wishes for you man.
