I have NEVER in my 27 years of ardently following the band have I heard one bad thing about John. He has been married 25 years. For a musician on the road with as much opportunity add he likely has had, he has the integrity to be a great husband and father. God bless. Let's hope John gives us at least 25 years of his brilliance.
I lost my father in 2002, i was 11 years old...when i hear this song that Portnoy dedicated to his father, many wonderful memories come to my mind...you couldn’t play this solo better than that....WONDERFUL, THANKS!!

The best guitar technique learning book has to be John's Rock discipline. I improved my picking tremendously by just following the book with ..yes discipline.

to me, this solo is one of the most epic and emotional of all time, so any small flaws would make it imperfect :) some parts were not clean because you couldn't move fast enough to make it sound smoothly. However, you did a great great great job! it shows me your skills, passion and the way you respect John Petrucci :) now take my respect!!
