Great video - I have tiny wrists but a sales associate told me that I needed a 17 because of the bone at my wrist. I only tried the 17 in store…big mistake. My husband surprised me by buying it for me for Christmas. Long story short, I had to exchange it but that was an ordeal, including paying California taxes (while it was bought duty-free in the Bahamas). I share this story because I agree that one should ask to try all the sizes and make sure to move the arm around a lot and see how the bracelet moves BEFORE making such a big purchase. When you are new to the luxury jewelry market, it feels like you should just ‘trust’ the associates. But really, you should take your time and ask all the questions! Again thank you for the video!
I originally bought the LᎾVE in size 17 which was wayyy too big (my SA suggested it, personally i preferred the 16). Regretted it for the longest time 😢 and hardly wore it … and years later i sold it off and got the 16, and cannot be happier now. Getting the right sizing for LᎾVE is so important
Same here! I purchased the small bracelet and I got it changed the next day 😅 I still love the classic thick looking one. I changed it and I wear it 24/7 since the day. Is 3 years now and still loving it ❤
I want to buy the cartier love bracelet but am afraid because many said the screws got damaged after a while and many lost the bracelet. Did yours got a little bit lose?
@@swisschocolate2350 Nope mine is good since the day I got it. I check everyday 😄 Is still tight and good. My SA told me the reason why some of them their bracelet is loose is because they like to stack it with other bracelet it knock against each other that’s why loose. I wear it alone so after so many years no problem 👍🙏
Thank you for making this! I was torn between a 15 and 16 (my wrist is right on the cusp between the two sized according to Cartier’s size chart) as my husband was traveling abroad and wanted to surprise me with the Love Bracelet for Valentine’s Day, but I could not try them on because I was not with him, and the Cartier store nearest me is about an hour away… I decided on the 15, which he purchased, but still felt uneasy as I bloat in the heat, too, and so I went on their website to look at the proper sizing for it, and it’s suggested that a 16 would be best for me. I gasped, ran over to TH-cam, found your video, and called both he and the store so he could exchange the 15 for a 16. He did so successfully and I’m wearing it now! At first, I wanted to wear it with my Cartier watch, but it kinda just blends in even though the watch is a shiny, stainless steel and the Love Bracelet is yellow gold. So, my husband wisely suggested that I try it on my other wrist, which I know is a tad bigger than my left, and boom, PERFECT! Also, your point about stacking was something I was not thinking about either, and do plan to do as I add to my collection - you are right that the 15 would have been disappointing when I go for my next piece. It does look amazing in its own, though, and I’m going to purchase the slimmer Love Ring to pull additional yellow gold into the platinum and other silver metals I mostly wear - mixing metals is brand-new to me! Ha! Anyway, thank you for taking the time to do a comparison between both sizes for someone like me who can’t be there in person to try them on.❤
Thank you so much for taking the time to tell me your experience, it genuinely made my day!! I love the love bracelet such a timeless piece! I am soooooo glad you got the size 16!! Omgosh, you were just like me when tried it on, except I didn't bother to try both sides fml (only my smaller side, left), having the love bracelet or any bracelet be large enough for BOTH wrists comfortably is such an easy to forget detail but so important! Mixing metals was new to me too a few years ago! So excited for your love ring plan too - I'm still on the fence about the juste un clou (ring and bracelet), so many other options at VCA, Tiffany's etc the next purchase is always so tricky to decide, but fun haha. I hope you have a lovely day!! Thank you so so much for letting me know! I appreciate you! ❤️Kiki
Always try different sizes… I got my love small bracelet ( size 16 ) for almost 3 years now , and I don’t take it out never since i buy… for me it’s the best thing I ever had…. I am going for my second one soon … I’ll recommend it 100% 🙌🏻🥰
I was so close to buy the small version too. I think it goes well with your VCA bracelet. They look so pretty on you. I was regret bought JUC at beginning but after I wearing for a year now I’m getting used to. I just stack with regular size and it goes well with my regular love and regular JUC. But you know what I have both size 15 for my JUC bracelet but the small version sometimes go through my regular love bracelet but it never happens to my regular JUC bracelet. Thank you so much for sharing Kiki💕
Oh thank you Irene! I do love pairing it with my vca Alhambra bracelet or wearing it alone 🥰 I want to get the JUC too, for so long… but I haven’t because I couldn’t decide on the size, style (diamonds or not) and model type (small or regular) LOL 😂 there are just so many options! Are you wearing the JUC more now? 😳❤️ kiki
Hi! Did you end up getting the slimmer JUC in the same size as the slimmer JUC? I’m adding that one, too, and want to avoid it going under my slimmer Love Bracelet. Thanks!
Hi there! Could you do a review on stacking the sm love bracelet with a vca five motif bracelet? I really like the thin love and is thinking about getting it, but worry that it might look too boring on its own.
Thank you for this video. It was very helpful for me since I am deciding on the small one, but I think seeing that on your hand next to the regular size I am going to change my mind.
I really like the small size with diamonds in the white gold but I think the largest size they have is size 20. I’m overweight now and swell up with the heat. I now live in Florida which doesn’t help. 🤦♀️ I’m like you that doesn’t like my jewelry fitting tight. I would feel better to get perhaps a size 21 for comfort but I guess I’m out of luck. I actually don’t wear my Tiffany bridal set because with the swelling, I find my rings uncomfortable. I don’t have a Tiffany store near me since I moved to Florida but I was actually thinking of having it resized for me.
I heard Cartier SA purposely try to get people to do this with sizes because they expect you to get more/different styles ect. Put on weight throughout life and then people will keep losing money getting them. This has also actually happened to me
I tried the normal size and my husband said it looks like a handcuff. I went with the small because I have a stack and it fit nicely with my other pieces.
I almost bought the small in a 15 but ended up in the full in a 16. The small fits bigger. I tried stacking with the small in a 16 but it is too big. So to your point, try on! I have the sm juc in 15 instead 😍
We all go thru that. Hold it a few more years, then sell it if you don’t find yourself wearing it. There’s still value you can recover from the 15 size.
I have the 16 and it’s almost too big. It’s in the small. I am wanting to buy the white gold bigger one.. should I do the 16 since I have the 16 even if they feel bigger?
The regular fits smaller. You will want to stay with the 16. I wear a 16 regular but can’t wear the 16 small as it’s too big. I guess i need two regular! Lol
It never feels good to regret an expensive purchase 😢 but we all do at some point (live n learn) 🤓 your younger self is so silly for thinking it will be your only luxury purchase lolol 😂 (kidding!!) Sound advice Kiki, thanks for sharing! ❤
Absolutely 😢 yep some lessons more expensive than others 😅 if I could only meet my younger self sigh… 😔 truly would shake my head at her! Only haha… never say never amirite! ❤kiki

I keep going back and forth about these bracelets. I live in an area where there’s a lot of wealth and I just feel this bracelet is so played out. Maybe it’s because every suburban housewife has it. I feel like it screams look at me because i want to impress you. Idk
