All the tutorials I’ve seen have never explain how to resolve the double stitches properly. I think I’ve been doing that wrong the whole time I’ve been doing short rows . Thank you for this detailed explanation.

WOW you are first person who has actually explained what German short rows do and your tutorial is nice and slow enough to comprehend exactly what you are doing THANK YOU so much. Connie 🤗👏🏻

I've watched three videos on this technique tonight, and I just couldn't grab the idea. You've just done it for me!

I agree with the other comments - this is the best explanation of how to do this. The result is so tidy - it's almost like magic. Thank you, thank you! And how adorable are you!

So many tutorials stop after the turn with 0 explanation of what to do with the double stitches at the end. Thank you SO much, it's cleared so much up!!

Thank you very much! Your tutorials are so helpful. I've stucked with the pattern which says to do short rows at the bottom of the sweater. For a beginner for whom this is the second sweater, I was at a loss how to proceed without mistakes, as there are so many stitches on the needles

I struggle with my twin stitches being bumpy, do you have a troubleshooting video for GSRs or any tips? I literally can’t tighten the twinned stitches any more than I already do and it’s left me baffled and frustrated 😢

she's an English knitter. not continental. Im an English knitter too. glad to see this. Because I've had so many knitters try to force me to knit with my left hand. Im not a left hand knitter, just like im not a left hand HAND writer. I write with my right hand, end of story. yet, my friend who is RIGHT hand for everything is a left hand knitter. You are born being whatever hand your brain chooses to knit with and neither one is wrong.
