I'm gonna say it, Rhya is still good in PvP, he doesn't give a shit about Licht anymore he was never about the combo attack it was always his Extra Attacks and his nuke. My Rhya shits on any character I choose but tbf I have him 3 dupes.
@rushgamer824 ATK+, SPD+, CD+. I got some good rolls of ATK% and crit rate/damage. I'm using Licht SSR page to give him some added crit rate. Being doing 200k+ on Julius and one shotting Charmy and Mars in right circumstances.
