Hot take: I think dispatch for anything not event farming, bond, or exp stages is bad for the game and its replay ability. Now I only need to build 2 healers and a tank and let a friend Julius carry me through everything until I hit last stage and can dispatch for the end game gear and gear enhancement stones. Other gatcha game seances take pride in building speed farm teams to allow their autos to be as efficient as possible. The better you make your farming team the faster you farm allowing you to farm more gear faster. This giving pve a progression system and a way to play the game post story outside of pvp, and the occasional world/ guild boss. It just feels other than tower or pvp there is no reason to gear units or even play the game

I use to love making faster speed teams in summoners war but that doesnt even matter in this game due to stamina limitations. Now we only need to build for PVP, Raids and Guild bosses i guess
