Thank you for your video. I’ve made my first 2 gal batch using seed honey. It is ready to roll. Have you added any flavors? I may make some smaller containers with different flavors to see what I think
Carolyn, if I use some creamed honey for starter, do I have to mix it with raw unfiltered honey to produce more creamer honey or any honey will do? Thanks
I bought the powder from dadant bee supply in Paris Texas. They have stores all over the nation. I believe it was called creamed honey starter. Since my husband became allergic to bees we no longer have bees so I no longer have a catalog to look it up.
I'm here for the information, but there's something very disturbing about seeing someone handle food without a hair net. I don't want to find a stray hair in my food!

I make chai spice honey but not out of creamed honey.
