Add some salt, oregano and olive oil, spread on a piece of bread, layer on some thinly sliced tomato and you got yourself a great breakfast. Some lettuce or even spinach could also be a great addition. I'm making this cheese tonight and i can't wait to wake up to a beautiful little ball of fresh cheese I'll have made myself!
    Thanks for this video ❤️
Next day update : the cheese didn't make it to today. I made a sandwich last night with some grilled veggies, diced tomatoes and the cheese. It was great.

Simple and to the point - Thank you! I've made with both lemon juice and distilled white vinegar. Prefer the vinegar not that either has much of a taste. Added 1 tsp of salt and herbs of choice before final wrap. Also pressed between 2 small plates with a few heavy books on top while resting for an hour+. Love it!

Half the comments are about paneer but don't explain what paneer is... .-.
Paneer is a cheese subcategory that is unaged and does not melt as easily as traditional cheeses. It's commonly used in Indian cuisine for everything from curry to samosas.

Paneer is a fresh cheese common in the Indian subcontinent. It is an unaged, non-melting soft cheese made by curdling milk with a fruit- or vegetable-derived acid, such as lemon juice. Its acid-set form, before pressing, is called chhena.

Well because in some other part of our world it's known as Paneer not cheese, well basically they are right too as cheese is made by first setting a curd whereas paneer is directly made from milk by not making curds first but rather tearing the milk apart, if u see the cheese made by curds has curd flavor which after aging get its unique cheesy taste whereas Paneer or cottage cheese are not made by first setting the curds that's the reason it has no unique flavor of their own, it's not curdy or cheesy just a solid lump of milk fat, Europeans call it cottage or farmer's cheese, INDIANS call it Paneer.

Call it what you like but mixed with egg, salt, Romano and parsley and you’ll never eat any other ravioli EVER again. One tip I’d make if it’s possible is to use raw milk directly from the cow. The curds will be much much bigger. If that’s no possible, then add a can of evaporated milk to beef it up a bit.

Paneer (pronounced [pəniːr]) is a fresh cheese common in the Indian subcontinent. It is an unaged, non-melting soft cheese made by curdling milk with a fruit- or vegetable-derived acid, such as lemon juice. Its acid-set form, (cheese curd) before pressing, is called chhena. Paneer is a “fresh “what? Lol

BUT IT IS STILL DAMN CHEESE. What about same consistency ricotta, cream cheese, curd cheese, farmer cheese, goat cheese? There is a word cheese in it for a reason. Does anyone call it curd paneer? You will be surprised how many varieties of such soft cheese exist and are eaten in the rest of the world.
