great to have this back. Just as an FYI (as a healthcare worker) the FDA can fast track drugs past a lot of phases of human trials all the time if there's a life saving application. So a drug that adrenaline dumps and could have been used as a cure for heart attacks if they didnt go the military route certainly makes sense for something that could qualify for pretty rapid trials basically just for dosing. Notably the Covid vaccines all went through this rapid trial, and of the 4 brands that made them only 1 was pulled after side affects that were so bad it outweighed getting covid.
But based even on the 3 month time skip within this episode its possible it could literally already have gone through that and be a scheduled drug in use at like the ER of the hospital. Especially since its use case is nominally on people who are flatlining from a heart attack, its pretty unlikely it would even get pulled with gnarly side effects since it would be compared pretty favorably to actual death
A MASTERPIECE as always! A+ to each cast member (and, as always, "extra credit" to Momobee for the AMAZING cosplay that must take some hard work and time to pull off so well!) & to the amazing Miss_Magitek for her storytelling, campaign writing/plotting/world creation and, I imagine, for a fair bit of time by her to look Presence 5 amazing herself ;-) And it's been great fun with TheMaelefay back, too, getting to know them & Val :-) The guys clean up & RP perfect for their roles as well ;-)
PS- Special props to Maelefay for showing us her cute as a button Tuxedo cat! My Hillary is a Tuxedo cat, too! Not too different in looks, meow :-)

I'm sorry that I sometimes miss details like that (details are hard for folks like me, but I'm working on it) - I hear/see (or think I do) of Machiavelli is dead & I stupidly believe it. Hillary is also VERY pleased that the delicio...er, delightful-looking rat is still ok (he's a big reason Hillary watches with me!). Meow! ^. .^

Missed you guys, love the new art, I wish you could have the characters from the books remade in the Ancestral Blood art style (let's call it that...), the art style there is all over the place, basically each clan from Chicago has his art style, that's why Alexa Santos' portrait style looks so different from Annabelle's one, no idea how much that would cost... ignore me that's the Toreador art director in me talking...
Oh! Does Silas have Oblivion? Speaking to the dead is more Hecata territory, I mean... it's a super easy level one ceremony, it's possible to gain one dot by feeding through the predator type, I'm assuming he got a free dot in Blood Sorcery thanks to that, as stated in the V5 rulebook, but at the time Oblivion wasn't a thing in V5 yet and Oblivion likes blood empty of resonance which bagged blood surely qualifies for, alternatively the boon could be traded to an Hecata.

"Easy enough, but it will cost you a boon..."
"Oh it's not a problem at all... Silas dear, remember the boon you owed me? You owe this Hecata now..." Prestation is the best to get things moving and introducing new characters in a chronicle: page 314 in the v5 rulebook if you want to refresh your memory.
One last thing, like I said, Oblivion likes blood empty of resonance, guess what does Blood Sorcery like? Sanguine... horny blood, you can't get that from a plastic blood bag, that's one way to get Silas out of his comfot zone.

A good way to point out what his father was saying, that his particular diet may hinder his growth, is that something he can afford?
That's also a good way to give Willow something vampiric to do, resonances were "studied" in depth by the Malkavians, you could introduce her to the Circulatory System, that's one way kindred get vessels with specific intense or even acute resonances also known as Dyscrasia.
The resonance system is something whe rarely see implemented in V5 chronicles, but it can be a lot of fun, you can find it at page 225 in the rulebook, the Circulatory System is at page 386.
