    You explained all things in very simple way.grt job sir.Super heater safety v/v has less pressure setting because if booler safety v/v will have less setting than it will lift first ,super heater will starved of steam and tubes will burn.

    Actually blow down ring is not what your showing ...its the locking of blow down ring ....Rest is Absolutely 💯 correct ...I have downloaded almost all the videos.

      Blow down ring purpose is to make sure that safety valve should not act like relief valve. ( for relief valve if set the set pressure as 7 bar then the valve sits at below the set pressure at 6.5 bar). so with this ring we set the blow down pressure, if we set the too high we will excessive steam or if we set at very low then chattering effect will be there.
