This video does not do it justice - The sound is off of a iPhone. I was there - it’s a lot better in person!! If you haven’t been to a show , you need to go - no one will ever replace the mighty Edward Van Halen , but Sammy and Mike still know how to rock and we need to appreciate every show!!
Even if the sound wasn’t the best it was still worth watching. I wish I could have been there too.

I seen Van Halen live in Kansas City Missouri the summer of 1986 at Kemper arena Sammy had just joined and it was the 5150 tour, I was 17 years old . To see these guys almost 40 years later still going and yes , sounding really damn good, is freaking awesome
Michael was singing lead during the bridge and chorus .Mike was the lead singer in his own band Snake back before VH

We'll be seeing them in July! Can't wait!!!!!!!!! I 😃🎸🎹🎼🎶🎶saw Van Halen with Sammy on their first tour together back in Oct, 1986 in Seattle, It.....was......AMAZING!! I was only 22 then and now, I'll be the big 6-0 on May 12th!! 🎉🎂🎈(yep....Mother's Day, as well!) I'm still rockin' after all these years!! 💯

It almost seems like the crowd is from an "assisted living" facility. This concert started at 5pm so everyone will be able to still hit the "early bird" dinner special and be in bed by 8:30pm.

a couple months ago I checked out pricing for the upcoming WPB Show, 3rd row center was over $1700 Each,... Yikes, I don't like them That much,..... not anymore
Lawn tickets were about $52 . That’s where I’ll be in Charlotte having just as good of a time as those who spent $$$ on front row seats…

@@agneslong2323 it was a kick ass show! Loverboy still rocks and that dude can still sing. Hagar and the guys kicked ass. Sammy sounded great as did the others. Props to Joe, that guy is a legend on guitar and killed it. These guys proved age is just a number..

I know you got to know by now who (Cameron Cooper) is,
when you do your tribute to Eddie you need to bring this boy up to play a few songs. go check out his TH-cam channel and you'll see what I'm talking about. There's a lot of people that can play Ed stuff pretty good and this kid is one of the best if not the best of all these people that can play Ed stuff really well. He plays Ed's stuff effortlessly just like Ed and it's like he was channeling Ed. God bless you Sammy and all the band God bless Mike and Vic God bless Jason all your families rock on Bros.

Hate to say that he's a 'nepo kid' but...
The audio is terrible, but gained a new appreciation of Vic … he’s really good. I really, really like Sammy until he opens his mouth to talk. Love his signing, but he sounds so juvenile otherwise - very different than his concerts back with Van Halen.

@@retiredandtravelling it's the independence it's a boat cruise you were there dude.😎 but I think what you're saying its not the Eddie Van Halen tribute group tour, I know that Joe Satriani will be part of that tribute and I'm sure Vic will be there as well and Jason and Mike they've got to get Cameron Cooper to play some Eddie Van Halen licks. Like I said I've seen a lot of guys on TH-cam and I've known a few that could play Ed stuff really well but Cameron's the top dog when it comes to playing Ed's stuff.

I absolutely love Sammy and i understand he's 76 and bless him he's in fantastic shape! The band is an all-star lineup but his voice is kinda shot ! It's a fun party type atmosphere and i would totally see a show with that in mind , great time I'm sure ! But man Sammy is one of the best singers of our time in his prime he was a monster definitely in the top 10-20 best all time up there with Robert Plant
