Protests in Nairobi were peaceful, but police responded violently by beating protesters and using tear gas. An attempt was made to apprehend an activist, and when someone shouted "thief," tear gas was deployed from an army truck. This action dispersed the gathered citizens, isolating them to facilitate the capture of Kasmuel. Despite the police's tactics, I believe Kasmuel will rise to power. In twenty years, I hope to see him as president, while the trigger-happy police will watch from the sidelines, hopefully still alive and not lost in the line of duty.

why the tear gas and live bullets when picketing is our constitutional right. This government is breaking all the laws. past 2 months many were abducted and murdered mutilated and tied in sacks thrown in garbage dump yards. What kind of government allows such hooliganism on its citizens. Why are Human rights silent. The US and UK both have their Army base in Kenya and are silent. What's happening under the covers.
