I am a 51 yo man. Today the 9 yo in me who saw Star Wars A New Hope with his father in 1977 cried as he realized that the story is coming to an end. I grew up never thinking we would never know this day. I am overjoyed and sad as well.

I'm 50 years old and remember going to the drive in to watch A New Hope as an 8 year old. Star Wars has been a huge part of my life since. I'm a retired paratrooper and I always thought of myself as a Rebellion Sky Soldier. 😂

It’s not coming to an end. They have said that so many times before. The money hungry mouse will milk every cent it can out of Star Wars. Or as Disney believes it’s called, $tar war$

I’m excited. My dad was only 10 years old when the first Star Wars came out on May 25, 1977. 42 years later, they ended the main series in 2019. Wow. My dad actually broke into tears. 😉👍🏻

or they're going to re-canonize the Emperor's ability from Legends to jump his evil ass soul into a cloned body. if that is the case then it might explain why Snoke was so underwhelming, he was a freaking apprentice and Palpatine was behind it all. Maybe that's what Kylo meant by "finish what you started" he means to end the Emperor once and for all.

I had goose bumps when I saw Lando and Chewbacca in the falcon. But when I saw our beloved princes, I had tears in my eyes. Thanks to J.J. Abrams for not letting our princess live on as a CGI character, instead taking original pictures. R.I.P. Carrie Fischer.
