I actually haven’t been to too many family resorts, as my son is only 3.5 I’ve stayed at the moon palace and that one has a decent play area and pretty good resort overall. Also stayed at the royalton splash and I’d say that would be my favorite between the three. Hope that helps you a little bit with your research! :)
Hi! Thanks for the upload, lovely video. We are a Canadian family considering to go there from Vancouver but I'm so afraid of food poisoning.. I've had it years ago in Cancun and once was enough.. On a scale from 1 to 10, how careful were you? 1 being totally careless, drinking tap water and 10 being totally paranoid, not eating anything uncooked and sanitizing cutlery and plates on your own?
Hi! Oh no sorry to hear you had such an unpleasant experience! Honestly, the only thing we didn’t do was drink the tap water - that being said, we brushed our teeth with the tap water, I washed my sons bottles with it as well. Other than that we didn’t do anything else, aside from normal sanitization (washing hands before you eat). So I’d say 2? Lol. Hope that eases your mind a little bit :)
I’ve been to grand palm and found it more of a party resort - granted this was about 6 years ago. From that and sea dust, I’d definitely recommend sea dust for a family with younger kids
I haven’t been to this one, so I can’t comment on the food, sorry! But, I did google it and the resort looks really nice! I’m going to add it to the list for our next trip. Have you been?
How far away from Seadust is the market place where you buy souvenirs? What is it called?
Thank you for the video! What type of transportation did you guys use from airport to hotel and back?
It was included with our package, air Canada vacations is who we used, but most packages include transportation
Thanks for this upload. Can you recommend other family resort in Cancun? Would you say that this is your favorite? Thanks again.

Hi, how is the beach at the resort? Do they have activities for a 1.5yr old?
The beach is quite nice and clean. There is tons to do for kids!
It was very helpful.
How was the hotel? Was it good? Was it bad?
Please advise as I will be staying here next time.
I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Hotel was great - food was really good. There was lots to do for the kids. Hope you enjoy your time!

Hello, how deep are the pools?
Five feet
Lovely video. How to pay visitax please. 🤔🙏 thanks
We didn’t pay anything upfront. The resort charged us roughly $40 usd when we checked in. :)
If the resort doesn't charge you or you want to pay it ahead of time you can do so online or at the airport.
