I’m thinking about booking in September. It reminds me of a cruise ship. But a lot of fun activities for my little ones. So I think I’m going with this one.
Don't worry you made a good choice. Especially if you are going with kids. For the price it is a great value. Just expect a lot of children to be running around and although the property itself is very nice the room accommodations are dated. The ac and hot water work perfectly fine and the food at the a la carte restaurants is good as well.

Starbucks is not included. All food is included. There might be a premium cut of steak like Tomohawk which might cost extra. It doesn't matter what room level you book.

Hello, I'm wondering how they track guests? Do they issue wrist bands, cards, etc?
They issue wristbands which is also used as your room key
I booked for april 30th, my 2nd time staying there.
You missed the only adults pool, if i remember correctly is at the 3rd floor with a "in-pool bar "
second floor.
This place is amazing I went june 2nd and got there june 3 Pena coladas are my fav

They can do the bigger slides, but the zip lines are just for the kids

Hello what month did you go? Planning a trip for last week of may but I’m worried about the sargassum situation. Did you have any problems with that?
I went in March. There was no problem with sargassum but the beach at the property is very small.

I stay there in 2019 and was a great time! in general its an exccelent option to stay!
The Starbucks is an ice cream place now and the kids and adults karaoke bar are for adults and above the bar is for kids and adults now
