Trail Running in the Belfast Hills | May 2024 | Noob | The Art of R-ALKing

I am admittedly a total Noob when it comes to trail running, and running in general, but I have got excited about the idea of running around forest and mountain trails, and so this was my first attempt at seeing what my body is capable of, and to test the waters, so to speak. It went far better than expected and am already excited about my next "R-alk". I think half the reason why I enjoyed it so much, is because I initiated Full Grace Mode, so there were no expectations at all 🤓
