This was high quality entertainment. Thanks so much! Any tips for locations/types of water to target around Thanksgiving? I'll be in Mobjack area visiting family.
@@jonathanmmster thanks for the kind words! If you’re looking for reds specifically, location is all going to be based on what the temperatures have been doing prior to when you go. If I’m fishing during a warm spell, I spend a majority of my time targeting very shallow areas with lots of grasses present. If it’s colder, I’ll be pushing into deeper water and looking for fish using electronics along ledges, flats and any kind of deeper structure. It can be a bit harder to find the fish this time of year compared to late summer/early fall, but when you do it’ll generally be large schools, and if it’s warm enough, you can find them going crazy in just a foot or two of water. Late fall/early winter is one of the best times to get on big schools of reds in the bay, I wouldn’t be surprised if you run into a great bite 😀
You need more hands to cast out more rods when you get doubled up
6:15 two fish at once! 🐟🐟✨
edit: 18:46 WOW!

@reelinwithrudow4026 Great! Thank you very much for the tips and insights! Hopefully I'll have some good reports after turkey day! Tight lines!
Incredible fishing, great drone shots! You're gonna do great on youtube!
Was this November 6th? I was out in that area that day, beautiful warm November day
@@SouthernFishNForage thank you so much for the kind words! It was the 7th, we just missed each other!
This is Awesome. I normally fish the Severn and south rivers but need to get down to the eastern shore
Thanks! After the amount of reds I caught in the south this year, I don’t think it’ll be long before we’ll be able to do this up north.
How do you like fishing with a kayak? Ever have any concerns with high current?
I love fishing from a Kayak. High current can definitely be a concern, but with proper planning can be easily managed.
What part of the bay are you in Bro?
I live around the middle bay but travel south regularly. This was on the lower eastern shore of Virginia
I thought so…around Fishermen’s Island. Good fishing Bro. You killin’ it.
