      Yes! I hate it that working out is seen as 'an effective way to burn calories' instead of just a part of a healthy lifestyle and something someone could actually just enjoy doing! (It's also just really awkward when someone comes in while you're working out hahaha)

      Same here. My mother always says something like "Oh you're so skinny, you don't need to work out". But I like doing that as an calming exercise after a long day and I also want to build a bit muscles.

    I've done this everyday for weeks, and my arms are toned and I lost a lot of arm fat. I also went from being able to make 2 push ups, now I can make 10+!
    However, I've started up on something a bit more challenging, but this is an amazing workout!

    Things I like about this vid is that its short(6mins),
    doesn’t requires anything like weights,
    throughout the motions are simple yet challenging.
    All these make this workout easy to do ‘regularly’!
    After all, consistancy is the one thing that can change us.
    I’ve been following this vid everyday for more than 1month, and I’ve improvemented greately😊

    Hey Alivia, I just wanted to say that this has helped me *so much*. I've always had weaker arms than people around me and I just kinda thought I was stuck like that. My arms were noodles. Then when I started dance I realized I *had* to get stronger. When I first started doing this routine early this year, it was super hard. Now I can do the plank-push-up at least 20 times (when I first started I could barely make 4), and do the wall push-ups for a whole song. You've really helped me a lot with knowing now that I can get stronger and I can do what I want to if I work hard at it. With this new physical strength comes some emotional strength too. Thank you 💖

      Wow! This comment really inspires me. I really wanna do a back bend bridge type of thing, but I can't even lift myself up from the ground into a normal bridge bend because my arms don't support my body at all. They are literal noodles and I can't even do a proper push up.

    Doing this for 30days.
    Day 1 : Loads of struggle
    Day 2 : Not much easier than day 1
    Day 3 : Believe it or don't, but today it wasn't as painful, but just WAY more exhausting than the 2 first days
    Day 4 : Forgot to update, but I did it
    Day 5 : Caught myself slacking
    Day 6 : Same as day 5
    Day 7 : Getting so much easier! My arms are starting to tone down slowly
    Day 8 : The arm dips or whatever are still a little hard for me
    Day 9 : I'll start doing this 2-3 times a day
    Day 10 : Rest day. A little tired and lazy today
    Day 11 : Unmotivated
    Day 12 : Done!

    Day 2 of me doing this and already feeling more capable than yesterday! My arms feel great, I love that this is easy and quick and really beginner friendly. I'll update after a week or two :)
    Edit 3 weeks later:
    Okay caught a cold (and still suffering) in week 2 and 3 and haven't been doing the exercise at all until now (beginning week 4) I somehow still maintained the strength from 1st week of doing the exercise straight, and was able to do this exercise again without any difficulty.
    I also noticed that from week 1 till half way in week 3, my arms still held the toned shape and muscle that I achieved within the first week. Not totally slimmed yet like what I'm going for, but less turkey arms for sure xD will continue to update in a week!

    I love this arm workout. I love how it's easy but also strengthing. I've found that is has gotten easier so I think a good way to challenge yourself it by doing it 2-3 times.

    Wow, what can I say, I am a young girl in her bedroom who everyday watches dance videos thinking this is what I have been made for but I have never had the courage to step out of my comfort zone and give it a shot, I soon came across your videos and have been determined to do this workout every single day until it is way too easy for me. I can't lie I do struggle but that pushes me even harder to reach beyond my limits, I don't know what else to say, I'm speechless and sooo thankful I could come across you, you should be so proud that you yourself have encouraged young students as my self to give them self a chance, thank you x

    I really dont have enough arm strength to do a simple armstand, but I kept watching your videos and now practice my handstand against a wall in public places, because your videos inspire me to start stretching outside my dance classes. Ive set my goals and as soon as I made progress and get instagram I will send you my before and after pictures in hope to make you smile, because u make me smile in the inside.

      Jayden Tøp my knees hurt too in middle splits because I'm not all the way down yet and it puts pressure on them.

      its cause your not flexible enough and its causing the knees tension. just keep stretching and keep trying :)

      Jayden Tøp Its because you're not all the way down and that puts a lot of presure on your knees. I recommend practicing the pancake position until you are flexible enough to go into the middle split without any knee pain.

      Jayden Tøp our coach told us that having a butterfly stretch is necessary for middle splits and if you dont have it your knees will hurt when stretching the middle splits .

    I decided to join an acrobats class to regain my flexibility. I was in gymnastics when I was seven, but I had to leave due to the price. And when I was eleven, I joined baton, it's been five years now. And these classes start next Wednesday. I wanna be as prepared as I can get for someone who lost all of her flexibility.

    Just little notes for my self
    Day 1: struggled on push up to plank and pushups.
    Day 2: really felt the burn, did ALL the exercises non stop.
    Day 3: push-ups and plank is getting easier. Prayer pluses really burned.
    Day 4: went by much faster seems like it’s working :)
    Day 6: it’s getting so much more easier! Still struggling on push ups and plank thing

    i'm doing this to start regaining strength and tone my arms bc I tore one of my shoulders about 6 months ago and lost all my arm strength because I wasn't able to work them for so long! coming back has been painful and I still feel off, but I know my hard work will be worth it :)

    for some reason i find prayer pulses BRUTAL. i'm never able to complete 20 seconds, let alone the whole set. any tips?

      I found that the most difficult part at first but I’ve slowly improved and now don’t have a problem with them at all I think just try and go a bit further than you think you can with them each time and eventually you won’t have to worry about them :D

    Thank you so much for making this video! I used to be able so many tricks when I was in high school (because I had PE there three times a week) but now I'm not even able to do a handstand or ten push ups because my arms have gotten too weak. I can't wait to make this a part of my daily routine so I can cart wheel through the summer again! ;)

    day 1 : it burned a lot and I was walking around my room trying to pretend I wasn't in pain ☠
    day 2 : still burns a lot but not as much as yesterday

      I recommend you do her workout each morning and night because it helps you improve especially improves at night :)

    Wow this looks so easy but is so hard especially the whacking the air back and forward and the push up to plank. It’s actually working though.

    I was fine and able to do all of them other than the plank to push up to plank to push up. I think if I carry on doing these exercises though, I will be able to do them

    oh my god the one from 5:11 made me scream from pain. My arms are too weak even for half push-ups. Way to go, hope these workout will save my poor arms
