    When my kids were little, I got a treadmill because it was easier to walk/run inside than to schedule it outside when my husband could watch them. I ditched it when they got older because I prefer being outside. When they were stroller age, I walked every day with them. I also lifted weights in the evening - just 20 minutes a day helps tremendously. It’s super cold here right now, and while I did walk three miles during the day, I found I hadn’t moved enough yesterday, so while listening to an audio book, I walked up and down my portable step and did an exercises. While watching a 45 minute show, you can walk, do squats, lift weights, etc.

    Thank you for this. Your homesteading videos are unique in that you cover mental and physical health, nutrition, and farming. The whole person. I work with an amazing trainer now, but will be moving to a rural area in May to homestead, farm, and ride my horses. This app sounds perfect! At 61, exercise is even more important to me now than ever. Thank you?!!

    I am also someone who has chronic pain, especially right when I wake up in the morning, as well as starting to garden. I am so inspired and impressed that you felt a change in your back pain and strength in just 3 months. I have started stretching 10 minutes every morning. I am inspired to add more core workouts to my weekly practice now! You are very inspiring. :) Thank you for what you do!

    Congratulations with your progress!! 🎉Inspiring! I started my journey to as a mother of 4 I want to feel strong and more energized so work out 5-6 time a week with running, strength, stretching, yoga and feel so much progress in one year..😅 also have a big garden ( not as beautiful as yours ) but its hard work for your shoulders and back and my strength training did wonders!!😊 Good luck with everything and I think you are very inspiring and strong!!!

    I’m inspired! Thank you for doing a whole video about this Eugenia...I am 50 years old with two young children & a gardener as well...I feel more aches and pains after long work days as you described & want to discipline myself to care more for my body through nutrition & specific training exercises daily. I’m going to talk to my husband about doing this training together, so we can motivate one another!

    I love copilot, 40 days in and I am already seeing changes, I gained 5 lbs and lost and inch on my waist. My body is noticably leaner, I'm way stronger too! Helps me keep consistent like never before!

    Very nice!! I have had similar experiences with running. Used to have so much pain that I needed to stretch for an hour and a half before I could run for 55:55 minutes. Now I only need to stretch for about 15 minutes before running. I thought it was interesting that we both run on Monday and Thursdays, and eat late breakfast. I was wanting to add in other muscle strengthening on the other days so this was very helpful to see. Thank you for doing this video

    I needed this right now more than ever. I was going to the gym 5 x a week and then I moved country 3 months ago, and I have yet to start the gym. I don't feel good at all, and this has given me the motivation to try again no matter the setbacks.

    Nothing seems to work for my post exertional malaise...I have chronic fatigue. I only recently got care for that and the right medication for my depressants too...years and years of bad advice and people telling me that "exercise gives you more energy" when that's just not true for post exertional malaise and chronic fatigue in general. Post exertional malaise makes things that other people find really pleasurable extremely painful and exhausting for people with chronic fatigue, and only if you have it will you understand. Do you think their coaches understand this or are they the type that don't believe you? I don't want to deal with coaches that can't see the evidence about chronic fatigue.

    Hey, just started every day Workout in the Morning! I get up at 5 obclock and workout! I want to get strong too! Without Pain! With a demaged hip i can‘t run, but i can lift weight and do a full body Workout every day! So i hope to come to the strengh i need! Tank you for that inspiring video! ❤❤❤

    I try to walk 5 miles each day take some exercise that helps now I need to lose 20 pounds cause I had anxiety so I guess I just not did what I was supposed to do but I’m starting back on my exercise walking and exercising two or three times a week, and with my age, I’m just sometimes Depressed but I push harder when I seem to get in the stage some starting more to decide in the house now cause it’s water and when garden time I get out and garden try to raise some vegetables I’ll talk to you more on this. thank you for all your information, I keep watching you and you keep exercise to too

      I have children and a very busy business. You have to find time for yourself. Even 15 minutes a day to start. Your family and health will lose if you do not. Don't use your children as an excuse. Tough love, another very busy mom

      Well thats not completely true..I have 4 kiddoes and work out 5- 6 time a week, thats a priority, I wake up at 6 and do my training before the kids wake up or my husband takes them..its make my whole day!!

      As difficult as it can be, it just comes down to making time for what’s important to you. Time management, but also flexibility to do something when you do have the time.

      I agree. You need a very supportive partner and time to take care of yourself. 24 hours isn't enough for a mum, who works full time, does the school run, cooks for the family and keeps the house tidy. We are lucky if get to sit down for 5 minutes a day.
