I was the guy he referred to in this video. I can confirm that i filmed his unlawful arrest livestream on Facebook. The sheer scale of corruption, racism, classism and misogyny which infests Avon and Somerset police is deeply disturbing. They have even endangered the lives of children...thus breaching the childrens protection act 1989. I protested outside Bridewell for seven months. I can see in the video that my tent has been removed, however i intend to return shortly...within the next month.

Not at all surprised that Avon and Somerset Police have learned nothing and not improved at all since the murder of Bijan Ebrahimi.
And of course it's not just Avon and Somerset. Every police 'service' in Britain is just as rotten.
For anyone who has a particular interest, the Equality Act 2010 should have cascaded a complete culture change throughout the entire legal system. There were some slight signs that it was beginning to work around 2012 with the case of ZH v Commissioner of The Metropolis (Met Police) and the appeal judgment because the Met didn't want to accept the law.
But since then it is apparent the entire system has effectively followed the Met's lead and abandoned and ignored the Act completely. Nothing works as it should.
Extra points if you dig through the Bar Standards Board Handbook and read the parts about the Equality Act duties. Yeah, they ignore all of that.
      And so do the judiciary.
Your legal system is crooked and worthless from top to bottom.
If you want to do something about it, there's only so far you will get by auditing police stations. The police are just the monkey. The organ grinders are your 650 MPs.

So the first cop has a friendly chat about the camera and the second cop goes nuts. I hope this ends with civil action. It seems pretty open and shut. The other thing is that when I watched the original video, there seemed to something really off about the cop's manner and behaviour. Looking more closely at his eyes this time round, it seems to be that he is on something. His pupils are really tiny, despite being in quite dark shade and he is really twitchy and hyped up.

On searches, I presume you are searching me to get my name so you can put me on your computer system and target me? That sets them up for a court case.
On the staff have said that I'm hostile. Do you have their names, as they have slandered/libelled me? If not the conclusion is you are lying.
      What's the CAD/CHS number?
Or go after them if there are any vehicles parked illegally, because the car park is full of personal vehicles. I'm surprised that approach isn't use. You are videoing personal number plates. Is one of the vehicles yours? I'm most certainly videoing them because its hard evidence you are avoiding paying for parking, and that's abuse of public office for personal gain. Let me take your name and number for the report to the IOPC and PCC... Any moves after that are more than tainted. ie. A corrupt officer taking revenge.

The great thing about harassment is that it's a catch-all generalised accusation which can be subjectified to include just about anything depending on the person expressing upset paranoia worry discontent etc. I guarantee something/anything upsets at least one person on the planet, and that's the idea of using it as quota-based prosecutorial charge. The government can say, 'Look we dealt with 10,000 incidents of harassment and that means we are keeping order!'

Next will be a complaint against the false arrest and kidnapping of a law abiding citizen, then will come the investigation and then the payment to the citizen, very much doubt anything will happen to the civil servants that assaulted and kidnapped the citizen they are employed to serve and protect against such things.

How do we know for sure he was under the influence? It we’ll have been an epileptic episode or someone suffering from diabetes. The best option would be to have called an ambulance and decide if an arrest is even warranted after the diagnosis.
Police have gotten this wrong in the past and the person has died.

Surely the fault lies with the planners who positioned a secure area where it can be seen through a window from a public street. It's like me having a full length window with no blind in my bathroom and complaining that people outside are looking at me while I'm naked.

It's an import cruiser fitted with a Vance Hines exhaust system, drowns out a Harley and they not at all happy when I'm tailing one cause they can't hear theirs. Hi P t t P, as usual you take your time walking in explaining to us what you are doing and why so clearly and sensibly. For me by far the most important thing is that you are happy to simply report all this stuff, at times you show your feelings and express an opinion as you are fully entitled to do but at no time do you try to tell us what we should think of it.
The first thing I saw when the cops turn up they park halfway across the main entrance.
Then the one who talks to you does not tell him why he is there until you ask him, he then tells you that there is a complaint about him filming there!, so what I would say is that a crime?.
He then threatens an arrest if he did not tell them his name etcetera, so was the arrest for filming or not self-identifying?. It is absolutely essential that an arresting =officer states the exact offence and confirms that they have the required evidence.
To some extent the fact that you were able to stand around for quite some time without any interference indicates that some sort of message has gone round!.
In fact the way the woman inside spoke to you shows that not all of them are anxious and paranoid. I do hope the one that started the fire for A A gets the counselling help they desperately need.
I always think about the tide of government insecurity propaganda that I understand they are flooded with combined with the military style fortifications must be very difficult to live or work with!.
    Cheers, Richard.

26:30 an ambulance should have been called. I used to work with a diabetic. One day he had an episode, it was just like he was drunk. Slurred voice and he couldn’t stand. So glad we have police who can tell that someone is drunk rather than ill.
