Thanks for the shout-out, Daniel!! Another great video! By the way, I've been wanting to say that I admire your entrepreneurship and hard work in real estate AND your photo booth business at such a young age. May God continuously bless you in your successful ambitions!
What's up Dan? As they are expanding all around, what are your thoughts on the surrounding areas (lake life, plots, homes) around Lake Ray Roberts? Do you see an increase in master plan communities around that lake? What do you think that area will be like in 5 years compared to Frisco, Plano, and Prosper? I've been watching you for over a year and a half and your fear of roundabouts still makes me giggle. 😆
I find his reactions to roundabouts hilarious too!! 😂 I have a huge roundabout in my subdivision, which he featured in a past video and his reaction with that one was just as funny.
I’m just scared of whos in the roundabout and if they know how to use it lol Roundabouts weren’t a thing around here when I was a kid Yes there are communities moving more north towards the lake ray roberts Those areas won’t quite compare to Frisco or Plano because of its distance to Dallas and Airports Also the cities that are that far north don’t have the mentality yet of having huge master planned communities I think it will take more of a decade to really see something out there. Unless they build a train that gets people from ray roberts to Dallas relatively quick Another thing is where the economy is at workers may be going to work and not doing remote work. Remote work is a key thing for people to justify being out so far
Yes idk if you fully watch the video I do mention little elm has been known for not having best schools but there a plenty of neighborhoods within little elm that go to Frisco or Denton ISD which are higher ranked

Thanks for getting me motivated!
Hopefully more videos on huge developments in dfw but also what your currently doing is awesome
Thanks for the middle schools tour. How often do you get a brake job, about every 7,000 miles?
Uhh on the 370 was like every 5k to 7k those cars burn oil like a mug. The Lexus is good for 10-15k
I miss the Z bro
Listen, I’m here for the driving and the sunglasses! The neighborhoods are a bonus! 😆 Seriously, I enjoy your videos. Keep ‘em coming.
